Beautiful area

Guests love this home’s scenic location.
The Annexe is situated just off the road down a country track in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is a newly renovated space within our barn conversion. It is located in a rural part of North Norfolk and although surrounded by countryside, it is also only a short distance to many beautiful beaches, making it the perfect escape. The village centre has a bus stop and a welcoming pub, both are within walking distance (a tranquil 15-20 minute walk). There are also train links nearby too.

The space
The Annexe is part of our barn conversion yet is completely self-contained with its own entrance, off-road parking space and free WiFi throughout.
On entering through the front door, you will find the spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen area with concrete flooring. The bedroom then follows through from this area and is complete with a king size bed and en-suite which is separated by an industrial style sliding door. There is a large walk in shower with a heated towel rail.
The Annexe has under-floor heating throughout which is especially lovely on your toes when you get in from a wintry walk.
Mixing old, new and hand-made, the style of The Annexe reflects our eclectic tastes and allows a feeling of cosiness and tranquility.

Guest access
The Annexe is completely self-contained, with its own access/entrance and there are no shared spaces. There is parking in front of the property on the gravelled driveway.

Other things to note
Outdoor seating: Just to the front of The Annexe driveway and behind the hedge, I have made a lovely bench for you to sit at and enjoy the beautiful, peaceful surroundings. Perfect for a cup of tea or glass of wine.

Due to the rural nature of our location, we do recommend bringing a car to fully appreciate the whole area and to explore.

Trunch is a small village in rural North Norfolk. There are so many beautiful walks in the immediate area around The Annexe and also further afield. Trunch is an ideal location to explore the many delights the area has to offer: the lovely beach at Mundesley is only 2 miles away, the buzzing seaside town of Cromer is only 7 miles away, the vibrant city of Norwich is a short distance away and you can reach the Broads within 25 minutes. The nearby market town of North Walsham has a Sainsburys, Lidl and Waitrose supermarket and is just 3 miles away. In fact, we are very lucky to have lots of lovely villages and towns locally to explore as well as being very close by to the highly acclaimed Gunton Arms pub and its new sister pub, The Suffield Arms, with the latter being just a 30 minute walk through the woods from The Annexe. Both are very quirky and worth a visit.
