The space
The accommodation is above a pub, "The Branwell," but the pub is currently under renovation and is not currently trading. The Flat, however, is finished, having had a full renovation to the highest standard. There will be no construction noise during your stay.

Guest access
There is a large car park to the side of the building. The access is from the side of the building and is clearly labelled. The entrance is communal and shared with a local business that has offices on the other side. This business is the owner of the building, so there shall be no issues.
