Come and stay in our well-equipped & sympathetically converted Cow Shed & Servants' Quarters at Penbigwrn. Perfect for family groups or groups of friends. Plenty of living space and 4 acres of grounds to use. All weather tennis court, a play-fort with slides, playing field, woodland walk, BBQs, fire pit & views across open countryside to the sea, 20 minutes away. Explore Carmarthenshire & Pembrokeshire castles, beaches, coast lines, farm parks & lots more from this ideal base.

The space
Good roads to property - only 3 miles from A40, but set in rural and quiet location. Plenty of space, fantastic views and hosts on hand to provide local information, wood for indoor and outdoor fires, charcoal for BBQ and plenty of play equipment and body boards.

Guest access
Access to 4 acre field, tennis court with adjustable height basket ball hoop, woodland walks, climbing frame, swings, 3 level play fort, underground tunnels, field. Plenty of space to park up to 8 cars.

Other things to note
Up to 2 dogs by prior arrangement and for a small fee. Please let us know when you book.

Hello, I'm Jo. I am married to Steve and we've been living in Carmarthenshire for 30 years (Steve grew up here too). We live in a beautiful and unspoilt area and love sharing it with our guests. We began letting The Servants' Quarters for holidays in 2002 and added The Cow Shed in 2013, and The Maenllwyd in 2021. Steve is a conservation builder and I help to run a charity. We have 2 grown up sons who live away and a daughter at university.
