Who we think it's suitable for...
Guests wanting a unique, characterful, countryside getaway. There's lots to entertain yourself with at the property and the delightful towns of Totnes and Dartmouth are very close by. Lots of pubs and restaurants within a short drive.

- Fingals is a collection of holiday properties and you should expect there to be other guests in the other properties on site.
- Guests have access to a communal games room housing table tennis and a football table, a grass tennis court (only available during summer months) and an indoor heating swimming pool, gym and sauna (time slot bookings required).
- Guests must bring their own towels for pool use.
- Guests have access to communal laundry facilities near the games room, access will be provided when required, by the owners on site.

Nestled along the stunning banks of the River Dart in South Devon, lies the enchanting village of Dittisham. Further afield, there are plenty of fantastic sandy beaches such as Blackpool and Slapton Sands. The beautiful towns of Salcombe & Totnes are a 30-40 minute drive away and offer a wonderful day out.

We also have bikes guests are welcome to borrow for exploring the wonderful lanes locally.
