Located in the centre of the lovely village of Kilburn on the edge of the North Yorkshire Moors National Park, the Little House is peaceful, cosy and self-contained, tucked away from the general hustle and bustle of the village with a safe garden for dogs and children.

The Forresters Arms, serving local ales and meals, is a mere 20m across the square, it is best to reserve a table.
The Mouseman Furniture Centre is just around the corner and the White Horse of Kilburn is a good walk up the hill.

The space
The Annexe is newly refurbished accommodation entered via double French windows with level access from the exterior, ideal for those of limited mobility.
The open plan accommodation features a TV area with leather armchairs, a dining/worktable with kitchenette (no cooker) and ensuite shower room.
The Annexe sleeps two (please state if you require KS double or single twin beds) and an occasional 3rd & 4th on folding camp beds.
Bed linens and towels are of the highest hotel quality and professionally laundered, dispensed showering cosmetics are complimentary.
Tea/coffee making facilities, microwave, toaster, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, TV, Wifi, USB charge points and fridge/freezer are provided as standard.
BBQ is available upon request.
Next to the Annexe, the boiler house is ideal for drying wet clothes and boots, a tumble dryer and washing machine are available upon request.
Guests are welcome to use the garden and garden furniture, however it should be noted that the pond at the end of the garden is unfenced and therefore small children should be supervised at all times.
Smoking is not allowed inside the Annexe, however, an ashtray is provided outside.
Dog are very welcome but should not be left alone in the property unless in a crate.

Guest access
Car parking is available in the village square which is immediately adjacent to the Annexe (optional payment via the 'honesty box'). Access to the property is up a very slight slope and entrance to the Annexe is level and therefore suitable for those of limited mobility.

There is motorbike hardstanding in the annexe grounds and secure bicycle storage can be arranged up on request.

There are two public EV charging points in the village square.

Kilburn has a resident taxi but no shop so you should plan to bring any provisions with you.
If you prefer (eg if you are back-packing), I can provide simple breakfast items for a nominal charge.
