There is a small self-contained garden with decked area comprising a dining table with chairs and a barbecue.

Guests have full use of the house and garden. Access is a short walk along a shared path from the communal parking area.

The Sett is one of a trio of cottages located in the grounds of our home - Pipistrelle House - on the edge of Smeatharpe, a small East Devon village surrounded by rolling hills and beautiful scenery.
The village is on the eastern edge of Upottery Airfield. Now disused, this airfield was used by the US military during WW2 and most notably as a departure point for aircraft for the D-Day landings. A Nissen Hut housing the Upottery Aifield Heritage Centre is located a short walk from The Sett and is well worth a visit.
