Within walking distance of Windermere and Bowness-on-Windermere, and on a main bus route, it is ideally situated and has everything you need to use as a base to explore the area.

The space
Ground floor apartment with private gated courtyard (perfect for dog owners). Inside you will find an open plan living room with kitchen and separate dining area. The bedroom leads off the lounge with ensuite shower room.

Other things to note
Two well-behaved small/medium dogs are welcome (£10 per pet per night).

As a ground floor apartment, there will of course be some noise from the property above, but guests have said this is not an issue and both properties have a “quiet hours” policy between 11pm and 7am.
