The White House is a charming 2-bed fisherman’s cottage in Brixham with breath-taking sea and harbour views, situated just minutes from the harbour, cafes, bars and restaurants.
Sleeping up to 4, the cottage features a king-size bedroom plus a twin bedroom, a cosy living room, well equipped kitchen and a sunny terraced garden across different levels, ideal for relaxing with a view.

The space
This beautiful property consists of a stunning lounge diner with amazing views over the harbour and Tor Bay. Relax and enjoy the scenery and in the colder months snuggle up with the cosy electric fire and a hot toddy.
Whip up something delicious in the well equipped kitchen and don’t worry about washing dishes, as the cottage has a dishwasher to take care of all the dirty work.
Upstairs there is the master bedroom with a comfortable king size bed and stunning views across the bay. There is also a charming twin room next door and a spacious bathroom with a full sized tub and a shower over the bath for washing the sand off after a fun day at the beach.
Enjoy eating Al fresco on a sunny evening in the terraced garden at the back of the house. Steep steps to different levels mean there are incredible views, allowing you to watch the sunset and admire the boats in the harbour. You won’t be disappointed with this wonderful cottage and you won’t want to leave.

Other things to note
Parking is available on the surrounding roads on a first come, first served basis. Long stay parking is available at the marina car park about 10 minutes from the cottage if needed. The road in front of the cottage is quite narrow but you should be able to unload at the bottom of the steps before finding a parking space nearby. There is a gate at the rear of the garden, so it should also be possible to park in the wider roads behind and walk through the garden to the house.
The back garden has stepped terraces which provide the most amazing views. The steps are quite steep, please do take care with children and pets.
Booking from May half term to the beginning of September are 7 nights minimum Saturday to Saturday.
