Enjoy a break in our newly refurbished 2 bedroomed Mid Terraced house with the beach being at the bottom of the road - 1 minute walk away. Our house is in walking distance to Clacton town for restaurants/cafes/pubs and Pier. 30 mins drive from Colchester & Harwich Ferry Port.
The house has 1 DB bedroom, 1 bedroom with adult size bunk beds, kitchen/diner, bathroom, living room with a 55" TV and free Wifi. Fully Electric. Private parking. Rear access with fenced garden, shed & patio table/chairs.

Downstairs - Kitchen/Diner - fully fitted & compact to cater for 4 people/1 Toddler for highchair. Fully functional working Kitchen.

Double patio doors leading out into the small grassed , patio area with a fenced off garden. Rear access along a pathway . Lockable shed with cushions, small pool table, Garden games of Connect 4 and small selection of buckets and spades for the beach. Garden Table and Chairs.

Lounge - looks out onto the close. Two double reclining sofas , great for relaxing on. A new 55" UHD TV with full Sky schedule with Movies, Childrens channels etc.

Upstairs
1 DB Bedroom - Double bed with hybrid mattress for a great nights sleep and storage below. Window onto the close with a small ocean view. Spacious built-in wardrobe and chest of drawers with storing clothes and belongings.

2 Adult sized Bunk beds with ladders to top bunk - spacious and robust. Sky light window for looking at the stars and a black-out blind. Wardrobe and side cabinet for hanging clothes and resting electronics/toys on.
Strictly 4 people - 1 toddler for travel cot.

Bathroom - wall & floor tiled with sink basin and glass surrounded power shower. Two large drawers for storage with corner unit . Heated towel rail. Toilet with soft lid.

Our Seaside house is fully electric ... no gas is at our property so no need for a Carbon Monoxide alarm.

Off-road Car Park allocated for one car situated very close to the house.

Our property is situated very close to the beach - one minute walk away and close to restaurants, pub, cafe with Clacton town & pier within a mile walk along the promenade.
