A spacious centrally located apartment with balcony in an exceptional location, just a short walk from the centre of Dartmouth and the waterfront, Britannia 19 is a spacious one bedroom holiday home that sleeps two people.

Walk in and there’s space for shoes and coats to be placed neatly out of the way before leaving beach paraphernalia in the utility room.
Upstairs you are greeted by a light, airy, open plan living, kitchen, dining area with glimpses of the River Dart. The property has been stylishly refurbished with modern interiors, fixtures, and fittings for optimum comfort. They include a wood burner for cooler times of the year. The bedroom offers a super king or 2 single beds with an en suite shower room.
Meanwhile, guests delight in the balcony – perfect for convivial evenings with friends and family and featuring a table, chairs and barbecue.
It’s helpful to know that the property comes with a complimentary parking pass for one car for Dartmouth Park and Ride.
