Situated in an award winning Holiday Park near Exmouth, with comprehensive facilities.
Valerie the van is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in the middle of the Site about equal distance from the beach and main facilities.
Fully equipped for you to enjoy your self catering holiday or why not make use of the many eateries and take aways on site and further afield.
The space
Our van offers the ability to sleep up to 8 with three bedrooms, 1 double and 2 singles with two beds in each plus a pull out sofa bed in the main lounge. The main bathroom has a walk in shower, sink and toilet and there is an additional toilet with hand basin.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner, or if the weather permits why not make use of the outside area equipped with a BBQ and patio dining set. (High season only)
There is a gas fire in the living area supplemented by oil filled radiators for those chillier evenings, the bedrooms have built in fan heaters.
There are pillows and duvets supplied, as well as hand/tea towels together with cleaning materials. Bath towels and linen can be provided on request at an additional cost. (Currently £5.00 pp per booking)
Please note 48 hrs advance notice is required for linen.
IMPORTANT if you do not book linen through us you MUST provide your own in the form of a base sheet, duvet cover and pillow cases, we reserve the right to make an additional charge for any damage/staining to the mattress and or protectors and pillows.
On arrival you will find a welcome pack in the form of tea, coffee, sugar, milk and biscuits

PLEASE NOTE:-
Although the minimum stay is set at 2 nights we will consider overnight (1 night) stays at a small premium (to cover our additional expenses in travelling to and from the premises and additional cleaning) Please message with your date and we will confirm or otherwise within 8 hours.
The van is sole occupancy and has its own dedicated parking space directly outside.
It is a large site with a number of supervised and unsupervised activities including an indoor swimming pool, climbing walls, zip wires etc. Most of the supervised activities require advance booking and incur a cost a 'pass' can be purchased direct from Haven in advance of your holiday starting. (subject to t and c's)
There is a coast path giving access to Exmouth in one direction and Budleigh Salterton in the other which is less than 5 minutes walk from the caravan, as is the beach.
There are a number of restaurants on site and several take aways, there are also two large entertainment venues which usually have two shows a night during the season an early one suitable for children and an adult one later.
There are a couple of nice pubs within walking distance in the nearby Village of Littleham and a regular bus service that runs from the site to Exmouth daily. (High Season Only)
Other things to note
As part of our terms and conditions you will need to provide your vehicle registration(s) together with details of all adult guests travelling with you to gain entry to the site.
There is also a requirement by Haven to have a contact number and email for the lead guest for safety and security reasons.
This a contractual obligation we have with Haven and is in addition to the AirBnB T&C's
We will remind you of this via AirBnB once your booking is confirmed.
The security gate is manned 24 hours a day and without prior registration you will not be permitted to enter.
