Location & atmosphere
The home is in a small and peaceful condominium of only 12 houses, with just a few long-term residents. The scenery is one of its most special features: sea views, olive groves, and authentic Sardinian countryside all visible from the house. From the terrace and balconies, you may even spot sheep, donkeys, and other local animals nearby.
Despite its tranquil setting, the location is very practical. A supermarket and local pizzeria restaurant are within a short walk, and several beaches and towns are just a short drive away. It is also a great base for exploring the island, with much of Sardinia reachable in a little over two hours by car.

Guest access
Guests will have exclusive use of the entire home across all three floors, including the sea-view terrace, balcony, and garden. A few owner storage rooms / closets will remain locked and are not part of the guest-accessible areas. Free street parking is available directly outside.
Other things to note
Sleeping arrangements:
The home has 2 bedrooms. One has a double bed. The second has a single bed plus a pull-out trundle bed. The trundle mattress is slightly thinner and is best suited for children or shorter stays, although an adult can also use it if needed.
Smart TV:
The house includes an 85” Samsung 4K/UHD Smart TV. Guests can log in to their own streaming services, and Samsung TV Plus is available. There is no cable or satellite TV.
Wi-Fi:
The home has reliable Wi-Fi suitable for remote work, streaming, and family use. The connection is provided via a 5G system with an external antenna, so speeds may occasionally vary during heavy rain or peak summer periods. Mobile phone signal may also be weaker than in larger towns.
Hot water:
Hot water is supplied by an electric tank. It is usually sufficient for 2–4 guests, but after very heavy use it may need around 1–2 hours to fully reheat.
Garden appearance:
The garden changes naturally with the seasons. During the dry summer months, the grass may appear more sun-dried than in the listing photos, which were taken during the greener season.
