The perfect scenic spot for exploring East Fife. 12 minutes from St Andrews by car, you can wake up to a beautiful view and be on the beach for breakfast.

This annex is attached to our family home, with a separate private entrance, dedicated parking right outside and a private deck area from which to enjoy the view.
There is parking for up to three cars.

Please be aware we do not have a full kitchen - no sink or oven.

No BBQs (disposable or otherwise) or open fires allowed.

The space
Your own private entrance leads into a spacious hallway with coat and shoe storage, as well as space to store sports equipment such as golf clubs or bikes.

The twin bedroom is off to the right by the door. Two single beds are available, as well as a travel cot. The beds can be zipped together to create a double so please let us know in advance if you would like this set up.

There is an ensuite with shower, as well as a walk in cupboard for clothes storage, a mirror and a TV.

Further down the corridor you find the breakfast room which has a breakfast table with 4 chairs, sofas and a TV.
This includes a kettle, toaster and microwave for preparing basic meals. There is no oven or sink, we take care of the dirty dishes.
We provide fresh milk in the fridge, as well as coffee, tea, sugar, salt & pepper. Cutlery, crockery, mugs, glasses and wine glasses for 4 people.

The king sized bedroom is at the end of the corridor and includes an internal seating area as well as a decked area through double doors to enjoy the beautiful view. A large en suite includes a shower and there is hanging space in the wardrobe with a full length mirror.

Guest access
You will have entire use of the annex and decking to the front.
You will notice a private door which leads through to the main house.
There is a fire exit to the garden for emergencies, however the garden itself is private.

We do not accept dogs or any pets.

Other things to note
Wester Dron Farm is a working small holding run by husband and wife Katherine and Harry. As part of this there may be occasional vehicles picking up the local produce made on site, pastoral and maintenance activities being carried out on the land and the odd errant chicken. Please be aware of the farm traffic especially if you have small children.
