The space
The apartment is on the ground floor accessed via the main door to the property. Our other apartment Crow's Nest is up the stairs on the top floor.
Upon entering the apartment there is a small entrance hall with space for coats and shoes, leading off to the living spaces.
The lounge-diner comprises a sofa looking out to the marina, smart TV with access to streaming apps, an extendable dining table with 2 chairs and lots of cosy vibes.
There is a small office with a large desk and chairs with a monitor, keyboard and mouse provided. Also great for storage.
The kitchen is quirky in nature yet comprises an integrated fridge with freezer box, washer-dryer, microwave, hob and oven, sink, kettle, toaster and all crockery and utensils. Consumables including bin bags, dish soap, hand soap, olive oil, salt and pepper are provided.
The bedroom contains a double bed with fresh and cosy bedding, a large wardrobe with internal storage (iron, mini ironing board and hairdryer provided inside), a bed side table, lamp and mirrors.
The bathroom comprises WC, basin with drawer storage and lit mirror and a large walk in overhead rainfall shower.
The property was built in the 1800s and is extremely charming with all its quirky shapes.
The hill walking down to the cottage is quite steep so please be mindful of that. The walk to the cottage from the car park at the top of the hill takes around 1 minute and the view from the top is a gorgeous sight. The road itself is right on the South West Coastal path - please make sure you get out and explore if you can.
The apartment is suitable for 1 or 2 sharing.
Guest access
You will have full access to the entire apartment, except for the storage cupboard which is locked for the cleaners.
