White Valley Co presents its stunning new duplex top-floor apartment with beautiful views from double-aspect balconies.

Sleeping up to 4 people across 2 bedrooms, (twin option) both with en-suites plus an additional downstairs cloakroom. Well-appointed and spacious kitchen, open plan lounge and dining.

The property is well located in the old town enjoying great access to Morzine and Avoriaz.

The space
A large and spacious apartment available for summer and winter holidays. Set over two floors with views giving a chalet feel to your stay in the Alps.

The second bedroom can be configured as a king or spilt into twin beds dependent on your needs.

The location in the old town of Morzine means a car is not essential once you have arrived at the resort. It is hilly so those less able may struggle. Plenty of storage in a secure underground carpark and boot room/cave.

Apartment Belle Âme
A stylish, spacious, two-bedroom, top-floor duplex apartment sleeping up to four. In an elevated position with far-reaching views from two sets of wide feature doors opening to wrap around balconies, enjoying sunny days and evening sunsets. Styled and equipped for all year-round stays.

Bedrooms
Up the sweeping stairs to two bedrooms both with their own large en-suite shower rooms, enjoying mountain views.
The twin-aspect master bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed and an additional seating space plus a Juliet balcony that overlooks the slopes.
Bedroom 2 can be configured as a king bed (160) or two singles. Please let us know at booking what bed setup you would like.

There is space for guests to bring a travel cot in the master bedroom (maximum capacity 2 plus 1 baby). Both bedrooms have a built-in wardrobe with plenty of hanging space and shelving. Note the cot is not provided.

Apartment Luxury

Uniquely presented and styled by the owners & seasoned operators, the White Valley Co.
Luxury linens, soft furnishings, select seating areas, feature art and lighting, and divine beds to rest in after a day enjoying the lakes and mountains. Bathrooms and sinks with hand & body wash from the French company ‘Compagnie de Provence’. Hairdryers are provided combined with mirrors in the right places!
Welcome provisions to ensure you can relax at the start of your stay include; Coffee pods, tea bags, sugar, milk, butter & baguette. The coffee machine takes the smaller Nespresso size for when you need to top up. The apartment will be prepared in advance and stocked with bin bags, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, tea towels, washing pods and cleaning spray.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle and all kitchen utensils, plates, cutlery & glasses - everything you need for a self-catered stay.
Plenty of storage in bedrooms, plus the hallway for coats, shoes and suitcases.

The Practical Stuff

The apartment is available Saturday to Saturday in the peak winter months for seven-night stays, please enquire for other dates and shorter breaks and we will look to accommodate . Summer months, we offer a flexible check-in, minimum nights of 3.

The apartment is accessible on the 1st level with lifts available from the secure underground parking or access on the ground level with one flight of stairs. 1 private underground allocated car parking space, plus own secure cave for drying skis, boots and helmets.

For summer, the cave offers secure storage, with a secure locking facility plus access to the underground garage for maintenance and additional storage. We all road bikes only (not mountain bikes).

Please do not bring wet equipment into the apartment.
Long term rental- the apartment can be made available for monthly rental, in February, April, May, July, August October, November subject to other bookings.

The house rules- keeping it
nice for everyone!

No smoking or vaping inside the apartment, balconies are ok.
Please use coasters and surface protectors in the kitchen. (all provided).
No wet equipment please, use the cave for skis, boots, gloves, and helmets, all with bespoke drying facilities. Remove external footwear at the entrance.

Remove all rubbish at the end of the stay, the municipal bins are located a few minutes from the property in the same street, regular rubbish, recycling and glass. Extra charges will be applied for rubbish left.

Road bikers are welcomed however please note we do not accept mountain bike reservations due to the lack of wash down facilities and storage.

Please contact us for individual requests for dogs, this will be breed dependent (non-malting) and we will ask to ensure they do not go on the furniture or beds.

The location and access in Morzine

Access and location, Route des Putheys, is located in the old town area on the road up to Prodain. Great access to Avoriaz and the full PDS ski areas, 5 mins in car or the free ski bus. In the other direction, Pleney is also around 5 mins although more time will need to be allowed in the morning rush. Both lift stations offer public parking. For those skiing Morzine and Les Gets, you can also choose to park for free at Nyon.
The bus stop is 1 min from the property, bus stop Le Puthey du Milieu, line A bus. It runs every 7-10 mins mornings and evenings and remains running an alternative schedule throughout the day. Line A leaves the Pleney and passes through the tourist office before heading up to Les Prodains, or the same bus other side of the road for Pleney. Ski schools are available at both locations.
The supermarket, restaurants and shops are within walking distance, noting with heavy shopping its uphill on the way back.
A good selection of restaurants offering takeaway in the immediate area. Nearest restaurants being the Clin d’oeil, Le Grange, Gusto e Basta, L’Improviste and the Hideout. A car is not essential if you are arriving by transfer to the resort.
Rue du Bourg with its bars, coffee shops and general shopping, is again within easy walking distance.

Concierge Services

The apartment is prepared and managed by KS Concierge, located in resort and minutes from the apartment.
At an additional cost, they can provide a pre-arrival shop, help with restaurant reservations, book massages, chefs and other experiences as well as winter and summer equipment hire. Payment is made directly to the concierge team who will make contact once a stay is reserved to discuss your requirements.


Transfer Services

With years of experience in resort, we know that arriving and departing is one of the most important aspects of your holiday. We recommend Skiidy Gonzales for both private and group transfers, with the largest fleet in the Alps and who provide flexibility and service guarantees.

Guest access
Full access to the apartment, secure underground parking with a garage and cave for ski’s and boots. Road bikes can be stored in either the garage or cave both lockable in addition to resident only code access to the garage.

Please contact us for details of dog friendly stays, we can accept non malting small dogs by prior agreement and with an additional cleaning charge.
