The space
Apartment Belle Âme
A large, spacious and stylish two-bedroom, top-floor duplex sleeping up to four, set over two floors with views that give a true chalet feel to your Alpine stay. In an elevated position with far-reaching views from two sets of wide feature doors opening onto wrap-around balconies — perfect for sunny days and evening sunsets over the slopes. Styled and equipped by the White Valley Co for all year-round stays.
Living Space
Open-plan kitchen and living area with feature fireplace. Separate downstairs cloakroom. Stylish dining table seating six, with additional balcony seating by Fermob.
Bedrooms
Up the sweeping stairs to two bedrooms, both with large en-suite shower rooms and mountain views. The twin-aspect master bedroom has a king-size bed, additional seating and a Juliet balcony overlooking the slopes. Bedroom 2 configures as a king (160cm) or two singles — just let us know at booking. Space for a travel cot in the master bedroom (capacity 2 adults plus 1 baby — cot not provided). Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes with hanging space and shelving.

Practical Info
Winter stays are normally seven nights during peak season. Shorter breaks and other dates considered on request. Summer offers flexible check-in with a 3-night minimum. Long-term monthly rental available in February, April, May, July, August, October and November, subject to availability.
Apartment accessible at 1st floor level, with lifts from underground parking or one flight of stairs from ground level.
In winter, you’re perfectly placed to access the vast Portes du Soleil ski area, with the Avoriaz connection on your doorstep and ski storage and boot room on-site to keep things organised. A shuttle or short drive gets you to the nearest lift with ease.
In summer, Morzine transforms into a mountain biking, hiking and lake swimming paradise — and those balcony views only get better.
Guest access
Full access to the apartment. Secure underground parking with a private allocated space. A lockable cave provides dedicated storage for skis, boots and helmets with drying facilities.
The location in the old town of Morzine means a car is not essential once you have arrived at the resort. It is hilly so those less able.
The Practical Stuff
The apartment is accessible on the 1st level with lifts available from the secure underground parking or access on the ground level with one flight of stairs. 1 private underground allocated car parking space, plus own secure cave for drying skis, boots and helmets.
For summer, the cave offers secure storage, with a secure locking facility plus access to the underground garage for maintenance and additional storage. We all road bikes only (not mountain bikes).
Access and location, Route des Putheys, is located in the old town area on the road up to Prodain. Great access to Avoriaz and the full PDS ski areas, 5 mins in car or the free ski bus. In the other direction, Pleney is also around 5 mins although more time will need to be allowed in the morning rush.
Both lift stations offer public parking. For those skiing Morzine and Les Gets, you can also choose to park for free at Nyon.
The bus stop is 1 min from the property, bus stop Le Puthey du Milieu, line A bus. It runs every 7-10 mins mornings and evenings and remains running an alternative schedule throughout the day.
Line A leaves the Pleney and passes through the tourist office before heading up to Les Prodains, or the same bus other side of the road for Pleney. Ski schools are available at both locations.
The supermarket, restaurants and shops are within walking distance, noting with heavy shopping it’s uphill on the way back.
A good selection of restaurants offering takeaway in the immediate area. Nearest restaurants being the Clin d’oeil, Le Grange, Gusto e Basta, L’Improviste and the Hideout. A car is not essential if you are arriving by transfer to the resort.
Rue du Bourg with its bars, coffee shops and general shopping, is again within walking distance of the apartment.
Transfer Services
With years of experience in resort, we know that arriving and departing is one of the most important aspects of your holiday. We recommend Skiidy Gonzales for both private and group transfers, with the largest fleet in the Alps and who provide flexibility and service guarantees.

We welcome small, non-moulting dogs by prior agreement only — please contact us before booking. An additional cleaning charge will apply.
Road bikers are welcome and we have secure storage. We don’t accept mountain bikers as we don’t have full wash down facilities.
