Welcome to Yarvista, a beautifully renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom cottage tucked away in the heart of Yarmouth, Isle of Wight. Pet-friendly, stylish and comfortable, it’s the perfect coastal retreat for couples or friends looking to relax and explore the Isle of Wight. Just a short stroll from Yarmouth Harbour, local restaurants, independent shops, and coastal paths, Yarvista is ideal for a romantic weekend getaway, dog-friendly holiday, or laid-back break by the sea.

The space
✨ Inside

From the entryway you'll step inside the lounge which features cosy seating, a wood-burning stove, TV and tranquil décor, perfect for relaxed evenings in.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, fridge/freezer, and features a dining area benefitting from a lantern window above it, providing lots of lovely natural light. Attached to the kitchen is a utility room with a washer and dryer, and access can be made this way if boots and paws are muddy!

Downstairs you’ll find a peaceful master bedroom with a king-size bed and a separate shower room. Upstairs is a second double/twin bedroom and larger shower room.

(Please note: the stairs are fairly steep, adding to the cottage’s charm but may not be suitable for those with mobility issues.)

FERRY DISCOUNTS: We are able to offer guests up to 35% discount on Wightlink ferries and between 15-25% with Red Funnel. Information regarding this will be sent to all booked guests once your stay in confirmed.

The property features one bedroom and one bathroom on the ground floor but please note that the second bedroom and bathroom are upstairs with quite a steep set of steps.

We do not have designated parking outside the property but guests can park for free for up to 2 hours between 8am-6pm and then utilise nearby council car parks or on street parking

We kindly ask that guests leave the property in the condition they would hope to find it. This is a much-loved home, not just a holiday rental. Any extra cleaning or excessive rubbish removal may incur additional charges, so we really appreciate your care and consideration
