This is a great place to stay if you want a spacious, modern home with great amenities like an outside hot tub and a fireplace! The house is clean, cozy, and well taken care of. Would definitely recommend, we used it as a small gateway with my girlfriend and absolutely loved it!

Nicos was a great, responsive host. His villa is spotless and really well located for Gennadi village. Within easy reach is Lindos, a short drive, as well as lots of other amenities. We had a great time and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or return to the villa. Our family and friends loved it.

Lovely place! I spent a nice time there - together with my family. House is located in the middle of a real Greek town. It is a good base for prasonisi, but also a perfect place for those who want to take a break from commercial tourism. House is large and very clean, and the hosts took care of all our needs. We'll be back next year :)

A clean big house with lovely grounds. Plenty of beds, kitchenware, towels etc Two bathrooms. Washing machine was very useful. Pool was great for kids and adults. Beautiful sea view and sunrises A little bright in morning with sky lights Definitely need a car, local village is 2 minute drive with supermarket and about 5 restaurants. 20 minutes to big sandy beach but stone beach opposite house was also lovely. Lovely welcome basket and cooked meal. We travelled with toddlers and large travel cots set up on arrival and shutters on all doors gave us peace of mind. Host also informed us could lock door of room with lots of stairs so very mindful of us having family. Thank you for having us

Everything was just perfect. One of the most beautiful stay ever!

D&R Villas was amazing… as was Dimitrios! This villa had everything we could have wanted and needed, and is by far the nicest house in the village of Gennadi. Our local family friends came by and kindly reminded us it is not the authentic village vibe (as they look around in awe) but I think they were just jealous! Dimitrios was the best and quite literally responded within seconds to any matter I needed help with. The villas are also in the most fabulous location with equal walking distance to the beach as you are the village. A pool almost also feels necessary given how hot Gennadi is. There’s no where else I would have wanted to stay in Gennadi and we will be returning to the villas when we come back to Rhodes next year. Don’t hesitate, book the villas. Thank you Dimitrios!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war sehr sauber und Betten sind bequem. Lage ist herrlich ruhig und abgelegen. Francesco hatte ein paar schöne Tipps für Tavernen oder Ausflüge. ) Dank Waschmaschine konnte man die Handtücher zwischendurch waschen Alles in Allem können wir die Regina Villas auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen an Alle, die Ruhe suchen :-)

We had a great stay at Evilion Villa. The listing and photographs were accurate. The villa itself is ideal for two couples or a family, with bathrooms ensuite or adjacent to each bedroom. The beds were large and comfortable and the showers were always hot. Once we got the hang of the air conditioning, following advice from Athanasios, it worked very well. The villa and outdoor areas were very clean and well maintained. The outside of the villa is spacious with a number of seating areas and an outdoor preparation and BBQ area. The planting and landscaping are very beautiful. The pool was cleaned thoroughly and was warm. We loved sitting around the pool on the sun loungers, with the sun umbrellas providing much needed shade. We had a hire car, which made it easy to travel to beaches, our favourite being Pefki Beach, which had parking near to the beach, good beach showers and a few tavernas. The village of Gennardi is quite charming and has a bakery, supermarket and a few tavernas.
