Apartment holiday rentals in Jaco Beach

It was a perfect place for us considering we were with a baby and a young child. The ground floor access it as handy to move in and out of the pool. The apartment was clean an easy to access

El apartamento es pequeñito, más de lo que parece en las fotos, pero estaba ordenado y con limpieza impecable. No recomiendo cocinar en este sitio ya que la cocina es pequeña, una plantilla de dos discos muy lenta. La puerta entre la habitación y la salita no cierra por completo igual que la Persiana de la cocina. La comunicación con el host fue impecable La piscina es muy rica.

Our stay was great. The condo complex is located in the heart of Jaco and there is plenty within walking distance. The host met us and gave great information about places to go and how to access the beach. He was very knowledgeable and eager to help. Check in was easy. The condo complex is gated. We did not have time to access the pool, but it looked great too. As others have mentioned, the bathrooms are small, but there are 3 of them. No complaints here - squeeze in. The water pressure was low at times - there must be shared water among the condos. Understandable for a complex like this and at peak Jaco busy season. The kitchen was well stocked and the multiple air conditioners worked great. Thanks for a great stay and wonderful hospitality.

Then place is in a good location with a beautiful view of the ocean from the balconies. Spacious rooms.

We had an amazing time- the pools were incredible for the kids, the beach was beautiful and great for swimming. Will definitely come back again. Great place for medium to large families especially those with small children. Cute cafes and bars within a few minutes of the condo. We had a few minor issues with the appliances/AC and Chris was super responsive and had them sorted immediately.

Johana's place was/is the perfect accommodation from which to explore Jaco and the surrounding areas. Her prompt attention to every question or comment began before we even checked in. She wanted us to feel at home and we certainly did! Along with being pristine when we walked in, her home was exactly, maybe even better, than the photos. The pool is delightful, the grounds are beautiful, the staff are friendly, and the security is just what one would want: feeling safe yet comfortable and relaxed. Johana's place is just two blocks from Jaco's main street with its vibrant culture: shops, groceries, restaurants of all cuisines, and music venues. And just three blocks from a great volcanic sand beach! After a busy day of having lots of fun, Johana's home will provide the respite and peace needed to get ready for the next day! Johana and her home are accurate symbols of the warmth and friendliness of the Costa Rican culture. Pura Vida!

We loved staying there- great set up- large balconies- comfortable too, with a view of the ocean. Near town- 3 minute walk. On the beach. Near restaurants and bars. Near surf rental- Beautiful pool. Ubers were easy to get to go farther away, but easy to walk most places- took an uber home from large grocery trip and to a beach for snorkeling. Only Suggestion- bring your own floats , boogie boards, and ice chests- and lots of sun screen and aloe vera! They have beach towels. 🏖️😎🏄 Erick ‘s communication was amazing- It was a great vacation!

Perfect location in a gated condo complex with a pool . Steps to the main drag which has numerous restaurants, bars, and shops. Steps from the beach (which goes on forever!) although the water was a bit rough with strong undertow. Unbelievably beautiful sunsets. Friendly people always. We would certainly recommend to anyone.

One of my favorite rentals ever. Clean, graciously and generously decorated, a lovely private pool and outdoor space along with a nice sized indoor space. Not large but comfortable and practical with all the right amenities. And it is warm there--and their air conditioning unit completely does the trick (and the pool!). I would have been happy to stay longer. Jessy and Robert are also nearby and good, helpful communicators.

Thanks for a great stay in Jaco! We were able to walk to the beach with our three kids ages 4,8,11 and we enjoyed the playground in the adjacent park. The sleeping arrangements were comfortable and the air conditioning and fans worked well!

Great place. Great location. Great host. Very responsive. The condo and pool were spectacular!

Had a very nice time. The place had everything we needed and was clean and beautiful. Only comment was that the grey pull out couch was not very comfortable.

Johel’s place was amazing, exactly what you see in the advertising pamphlet and he was very accommodating , a perfect host I would definitely go back and highly recommend staying at his condo

El apartamento muy lindo con una vista al mar y al atardecer bello, el lugar está muy bien equipado para cocinar y no desplazarse a restaurantes, las piscinas son muy espaciosas y están frente al mar 100% recomendado para ir en familia Daniel muy comunicativo y atento a nuestras necesidades, sin dudar regresaría.
