Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Kathisma Beach

Overall this was a great stay. The home was neat and clean. The location was very quiet and it is recommended to go at a slow pace on the smaller roads, all flat, as you approach the home. All of the rooms had A/C which was great. The beds were made everyday and the shower had very good water pressure. This was a pleasant stay.

This place is such a gem! Kynthia was very nice, and her father - a total star! He gave us fresh eggs, figs and veggies from his garden. We also loved the outdoor kitten that was around, she was very sweet. We loved staying here, efaristho! ❤️

Simeoni and Spiros are amazing hosts. There should be a separate category for Simeoni. The house location is perfect, private yet close to town which has plenty of amenities. The house is also very close to a great beach and fantastic sea-side tavernas. A perfect spot!!!

Heerlijke accommodatie met ruim terras en heel dichtbij zee! We hebben genoten van de rustige sfeer in het dorpje en de fijne koffietentjes en restaurants. Dank Maria, voor het prettige contact. We waren erg blij dat we op de dag van aankomst eerder konden inchecken en op de dag van vertrek langer in het appartement konden blijven, omdat onze vlucht naar huis pas laat in de avond vertrok. We komen graag nog eens terug naar deze bijzondere plek!

Kellemes nyugodt környezet, jó kiinduló pont a legjobb strandok hoz , ha kávézót keresel 20 m-re találsz egy jót ha kajálni szeretnél akkor 30-ra van kettő is úgy hogy nem kell kocsiba ülni , ha vacsizni szeretnél .A kilátás az nem tökéletes a szomszéd háztető miatt, de a kellemes terasz kárpótol a hiányosságokért .

Well what can I say that isn't 5 Star for Christina's place. Exactly as described and the photo's do not do the place true justice and views which are just beautiful and stunning. Exceptionally well kitted out, very modern and very clean and a delight to stay somewhere like this place in Vasiliki. I can't thank Christina and her husband enough for the warm hospitality shown to us both, welcoming smile and lots of local hints and tips to enjoy the area to the most. If you are thinking of booking this place, do not hesitate as you couldn't find a better blend of quiet and peaceful location , exceptional sea views with warm and welcoming host to greet you. They are both the epitome of Airbnb hosts. We will be back and missing the sun rises over the hills already.

Die weitläufige Gartenanlage mit dem Häuschen hat eine unschlagbare Lage und tolle Aussicht aufs Meer. Der Zugang zum Meer ist problemlos über Treppen erreichbar. So schön vom Steg aus den Sonnenaufgang zu beobachten! Es gibt Liegen und viele Sitzgelegenheiten. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet.( Und nur von außen erreichbar.) Supermarkt ist fußläufig erreichbar. Wir sind auch zweimal nach Nydri gelaufen (Tipp: Cruise mit der MS Christina vom Hafen von Nydri aus). The Sea Martin ist unbedingt eine Empfehlung wert!!

We were a group of 10 people and we loved the villa. It’s up in the hills but not difficult to reach and the view was amazing. The host - Spiros - was very responsive and made very nice recommendations to us about restaurants, bars and boat rentals. The villa is not a good place for loud music since there are neighbouring villas on both sides but everything else met our expectations. We want to thank Spiros for all his help and making our stay a pleasant experience - we were very pleased with our stay.

The accommodation was beautiful. Cosy and cute, had everything we needed and more. The bed was so comfortable and lovely white linen. The bathroom was immaculate with a large shower unit and great toiletries and fluffy towels. Elena was a star, lots of information about the area and sorting out a water issue. The caretaker was straight out to sort it. Excellent communication, Can’t fault anything.

Excellent place to stay in the cooler hills, quiet, authentic village life. I hired a scooter from Lefkada (25 minutes away) and I could ride quickly to beaches and high hilltops from the accommodation . There are places to eat and drink in the village below that has a square with all Greek offerings and a bakery. The accommodation is not far away from Karya either. Overall I liked it alot. A great room, balcony, simple clean bathroom and basic kitchen in the studio room. AC too! I can recommend it. Thank you

We were here for the second time. Once again, everything was perfect. I fell in love with the cats from there. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The place is truly beautiful and it was clean ! We can’t wait to return.

Tremendous stay in this simple apartment with an amazing view over the sea & sunset. My girlfriend and I loved Drimonas and its quiet surroundings. The room has everything you need and Dimitris is a fantastic host, who not only is very reactive but goes out of his way for his guests to enjoy the stay. In short, would absolutely recommend. Minor issues to be aware: bed is not super comfortable and if the house gets hot in the summer both the fan and the AC are noisy. Also a bit of an unpleasant smell from the bathroom pretty much every night. In short, we were hoping to get better sleep in this amazing place, but nevertheless I can't recommend it enough.

Everything was as described, and the photos reflect reality. Our apartment was very beautiful, well-equipped, and clean. All necessary items, such as a hairdryer, coffee maker, etc., were available. The city center was within walking distance, and many shops were also easily accessible on foot. Parking on the street was easy. We really enjoyed our time here and highly recommend it to everyone.

Spyridon Place is great for a longer stay. You have pretty much everything you need, so you won't miss much. The terrace is spacious, the living room is cozy with a smart TV, and the kitchen is well-equipped. The bedroom is nice, with a comfortable bed, clean sheets, and towels. There’s AC in both rooms. The location, at least for us, was great. It’s far from the city center and the crowds/noise, but still walkable (1.5 km to the start of the city center or 2 km to the central square). AB, Sklavenitis, and Lidl are all nearby (a few minutes by car). Overall, it's a place we would recommend to everyone.

La casa di Iro si trova in una posizione molto tranquilla, immediatamente prima del lungomare e del porto, nella parte interna del Villaggio. L'appartamento fa parte di una grande villetta con un meraviglioso giardino dove è possibile parcheggiare la macchina. La padrona di casa è molto gentile e disponibile, sempre pronta ad aiutare in caso di necessità. Consigliatissimo

This is one of the best apartments I’ve stayed in by far! It was clean, comfortable beds, everything you need was to hand, the view was stunning, the host Nikolas was extremely helpful and friendly! LEFKASEABNB was truly magical. This was my first time in the Ionian Islands and I couldn't have been happier with the location, accommodations, and host. It's called the island of turquoise waters for a reason and it's just seconds away from the place. The space was very clean and thoughtfully designed. You can tell Panos, the host, has put a lot of effort into its design and feel. Panos let us use the bikes to ride along the coast. He also had a paddle board for me to catch sunset. Overall, he communicated well and had lots of tips/recommendations. There are plenty of restaurants walking distance and the beach is right in front of you. We had everything we could have wanted so book with confidence!

Σίγουρα ένα κατάλυμα το οποίο θα ξανά προτιμήσω αν ξανά βρεθώ στην Λευκάδα. Άψογο διαμέρισμα σε πολύ ήσυχη γειτονιά και παρά πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο της Λευκάδας. Προσωπικά μου έκανε εντύπωση η καθαριότητα του διαμερίσματος. Όλα ήταν όπως πρέπει να είναι.Πεντακάθαρα με ότι χρειάζεσαι κάποιος σε μια διαμονή.Η επικοινωνία άψογη με τον οικοδεσπότη.Σας ευχαριστώ πολύ για την φιλοξενία. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα.

Location molto comoda, vicina al centro di Lefkada e punto di partenza per le più belle spiagge dell'isola. Durante il soggiorno abbiamo apprezzato la gentilezza dei proprietari e lo spazio aperto in cortile dove i nostri bambini potevano giocare liberamente. Consigliamo assolutamente questo posto per una piacevole vacanza su un'isola magnifica!

הדירה הייתה מרווחת ונקייה מאוד, עם אווירה מקסימה ונעימה. מיקום מושלם – רק 3 דקות הליכה מחוף הים והטברנות המקומיות. גם מציאת חניה הייתה נוחה מאוד, שכן יש חניה סמוכה לדירה. המארחת הייתה נעימה, חביבה ודאגה לכל פרט קטן. סך הכל חווינו חופשה נהדרת, מומלץ בחום!"
