Guest house holiday rentals in Kathu District

There was hot shower water which is quite rare with a lot of places for a similar price, in Thailand, so that’s was a bonus! Everything was extremely clean and the bed is nice and large. Additionally, the family on the property are lovely and always there to help. It’s a great location in an amazing environment.

We loved the location on the hill with a view of the sea. The restaurants down by the beach were very special too. Luckily no other guests were staying at the same time so we had the place to ourselves. A few small things in the description were not correct (probably as it’s a fairly new listing) but Mark is quick to take the feedback and update.

Bungalow très sympa, assez spacieux avec un joli jardin. La salle de bain est un peu rudimentaire, dommage. Rachada est très gentille, souriante et toujours prête à aider. Elle nous a fait sentir comme chez nous. L'emplacement est très calme et bucolique. Le lit est confortable et grand. C'était très chouette.

Great, extra large room. Clean and private with your own shower and toilet. The bed and pillows are super comfortable. Handy location. Great restaurants and beaches. Book a back room if you're after a quieter room. Extremely friendly, polite and helpful host.

Loved staying, loved the pool, we wanted somewhere just to chill as we have done a lot of sight seeing. Alan And Nuch's place was perfect and they were very approachable, great to talk to without being intrusive. Even though you are staying in their back yard you still have privacy. Alan was very helpful in arranging a driver for excursions and drive to airport and places to visit. We walked to the markets, restuarants, laundry, Rawai Bch.(seafood mkts).

Had a great stay! The room was cozy and spacious, and check-in was super easy. The host was really friendly and quick to reply 🤗 There are lots of nice restaurants nearby, and you can rent a scooter right next door to get to the beach in 5 minutes 👌

A jungle retreat just a few streets away from the busy-ness of Rawai: the perfect balance between beach, town - cafes - bars, and some quiet. I do recommend renting a scooter 🛵

Serene, quiet & beautiful lush garden. We loved the hobbit house, hearing the water rippling & birds humming.Bring mozzie spray. Right when we woke up we opened the door at 11:15 to let some fresh air in & the lady immediately stormed in the room saying she would check room. Even though check out is at 12. We had similar issue at check-in. We rushed over because they wanted our exact check-in time so we made it there 3 min early. Whilst my husband was still grabbing our bags, the lady was pacing back in forth in the room asking for our passports and making a phone call. Would of been nice to have a few seconds to arrive, put our bags down & have a chance to get our documents out. We found it rude & stressful and not worth the money for being on someone else’s clock. If they don’t want to have someone on site then they can ask for a 30min notice before arrival & departure, or we would of preferred to pick up keys somewhere else if it meant we could stay flexible and on our time.

Chambre à proximité de la plage, des salles sport, de nombreux restaurants et salon de massage donc pour moi la geolocation était parfaite , Marina est très sympa , la chambre correspond aux photos.
