Cabin holiday rentals in Lapland

The cabin is very nice and cozy, Aino and Anna are very good hosts, they are very responsive and gave us good tips on what to do in the area. One evening we were lucky to watch northern lights from their pier, which was wonderful, while sitting on reindeer skin :) We also went ice fishing with Aino and Anna and rented some skiing equipment which was a good activity to do during our stay :) Aino and Anna also prepared some fish for us which was very nice. The only disadvantage of the place is that the main road is near the cabin so you can see and hear cars driving by from time to time when outside which disrupts the feeling of nature a bit. Overall we had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend this place :)

Loistava kohde mahtavalla paikalla. Ulkoilu-, kelkkareitit ja hiitoladut lähellä. Majoituskohde vastasi todella hyvin kuvausta. Tommi oli hyvä majoittaja ja vastasi nopeasti viesteihin. Voidaan suositella muille!

Il soggiorno presso l’appartamento è stato magnifico: lo chalet era pulito e luminoso. Jacuzzi sauna e doccia erano perfette. Abbiamo anche visto l’aurora boreale dal soggiorno. Juha è stato reattivo e preciso. Consigliatissimo

Mökki oli juuri sellainen kuin kuvattu. Vaivatonta, laadukasta majoittumista hyvällä sijainnilla. Joukon kanssa helppo asioida ja vastasi viesteihin todella nopeasti.

The stay was absolutely amazing. Secluded in pure nature directly at the lake. A great place for a holiday to relax and come down. We were a couple and absolutely enjoyed every part of it, especially the whirlpool, Sauna and all amenities the house has to offer. The hosts had an incredibly quick response to any questions we had during our stay. Thanks for that. The only negative point i could think of is the long list of instructions for using all the facilities of the house (e.g. the hot tub). It takes some time to read all of them and remember everything. But its definitely worth it. So i recommend staying at least 3 night for making full use of everything and enjoying this incredible place. There is also several national parks at 30-45min car drive. So longer stays are definitely also recommendable. We loved it and give this stay a 5/5 stars. Looking forward to come back one day!

Honestly one of the best airbnbs I have stayed at. Breathtaking views, super responsive and nice hosts. Saw the northern lights from the cabin itself it was amazing.

Wunderschöne Hütte in ruhiger Lage, direkt an der Langlaufloipe, perfekt zur Nordlichter-Beobachtung! Klare Buchungsempfehlung!

we had everything we needed. the house is stunning and well equiped. you have everything beginning with a fire place, a hot tub, a sauna. a bit of a minus is the location. there are many street light because the house is in the middle of a skiing area. if you want so see the northern lights clearly i would sugest going to a more remote place

Villa suo-yrkänperä on upea, museomainen rauhan ja luonnon tyyssija. Metsästysmaat löytyvät läheltä ja paikassa saa todella nauttia rauhassa lomastaan. Kantovesi ja sähköttömyys sopivat tähän paikkaan. Aleksi on loistava majoittajat ja valmis auttamaan tarpeen tullen. Kaikki meni juuri kuten oli sovittukin.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft in einer sehr schönen Umgebung. Das Haus ist sehr Geschmackvoll und Gemütlich eingerichtet. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Nice accommodation. My children slept upstairs, my wife and I slept in the room downstairs. Sauna, fireplace, well equipped kitchen including outdoor fireplace. Thank you also for the recommendations - cafe, arctic spa. Beautiful skiing - trail right next to the house.

We stayed at Salme's cottage on the lake for almost a month during our parental leave, with our baby and our dog. The house is very well kept and extremely clean. The view on the lake is stunning and the area Is surrounded by forest. There is everything you may need for a nice stay, whether it's in winter or summer. Salme is very kind and helpful, and will be happy to give suggestions on things to do if needed. Overall one of our best experiences as guests on Airbnb!

Kohde oli juuri kuin kuvailtiin. Iita vastasi hyvin nopeasti ja oli ystävällinen majoittaja. Suosittelen kohdetta muille majoitusta etsiville. Sijainniltaan kohde oli erinomainen. Kelkkareitit lähellä ja mukavan rauhallinen ja kaunis ympäristö. Rinteisiin ei myöskään kovin pitkä matka autolla. :) Hyvin puhdas ja toimiva majoitus.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Blockhütte in Rovaniemi war einfach perfekt! Die Unterkunft hat uns von der ersten Sekunde an begeistert – sie war sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht (sogar die kleinen Extras wie Kaffee, Tee). Die Lage ist ideal: ruhig, aber dennoch nah an Rovaniemi, sodass wir alles problemlos erkunden konnten. Ein riesiges Lob an Tiina und Juho, die uns herzlich empfangen und während des gesamten Aufenthalts schnell auf Fragen reagiert haben. Die Tipps zu lokalen Highlights waren Gold wert – wir haben uns wie Einheimische gefühlt! Besonders gefallen hat uns auch die gemütliche Atmosphäre und die liebevollen Details, die die Unterkunft zu einem echten Zuhause auf Zeit gemacht haben. A gem in the middle of nature. Authentically decorated and equipped with a sauna and fireplace, the cottage is the ideal place for a few days of vacation. We spent three wonderful days here. Excellent communication with the host. Thank you Satu! Gina & Dan

Great space inside, lots of windows with great views over the river. Comfortable bunk beds, traditional sauna heated with wood fire was a fab experience. Shops 10 km away, super quiet. It's the second time we stayed at Antti's and would recommend it.

Really beautiful cottage surrounded by the forest. Space was cosy, and really comfortable. Nearest supermarket and food option is 6km away, but the location makes this slight inconvenience worth it. The only thing as mentioned by others, is the lack of wifi in the home. Would have been perfect if there was that. If you're lucky, you may even catch the northern lights just outside the cottage! Met Airi when I left and she was very lovely.

Really a peaceful place near a frozen lake. We booked airport transport with Jaakko, and he dropped us off for shopping and recommended some activities nearby.

Splendido cottage tra i pini. La temperatura esterna era molto rigida ma siamo stati al caldo. Al iamo terra cucina- soggiorno e una angolo cameretta con letto singolo. In cima ad una ripidissima scala a chiocciola una soffitta con tre letti singoli. In casa c’è solo il wc davvero minuscolo. Per accedere alla doccia più sauna e lavanderia dovrete uscire nel patio passando all’esterno. Tutto molto pulito e accogliente

Lieber Jarkko, wir waren für einen Vater-Sohn-Trip eine Woche in deiner schönen Mökki auf der Kolarinsaari. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Mökki hatte Charme. Wir haben jeden Tag Sauna gemacht, das Holz dafür war vorbereitet. Zweimal konnten wir sogar Polarlichter sehen. Die Kommunikation mit dir war super, du hast sehr schnell geantwortet und gute Empfehlungen gegeben. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne mal wieder!

Recommend!!!! We had a perfect stay. Walkable to downtown Levi yet still peaceful and felt like a cabin retreat. This is the place to stay if you’ll be in Levi. Plenty of space, squeaky clean, beautiful sauna and easy communication. What more could you ask for?

Maxime und Marie sind sehr liebe Menschen und super tolle Gastgeber, die uns jederzeit mit hilfreichen Tipps und Interessanten Informationen zur Seite standen. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen und wie Zuhause gefühlt. Das Gästehaus ist super sauber, liebevoll und stilvoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet, mit allem, was man braucht, und noch viel mehr - wir haben es sehr genossen mit den Schneeschuhen spazieren zu gehen, Fisch selbst zu räuchern, Eisangeln und mit den Huskys zu toben :). Die private Sauna ist eine der schnönsten, in der wir je das Vergnügen hatten zu saunieren - mit Blick auf den vereisten See - in dem wir uns im Eisloch abkühlen konnten. Am Ende unseres Aufenthalts hatten wir sogar das Glück sensationelle Nordlichter über dem See zu beobachten. Es waren wünderschöne 8 Tage, wir würden uns sehr freuen, irgendwann wieder zurück zu kommen (auch zu anderen Jahreszeiten).

Très beau châlet !!! Bien équipé et très douillet ! l'environnement est paisible d'autant que nous n'avions aucun voisins ! Accès direct au lac à pied ce qui nous a permis d'observer des aurores boréales. Le sauna est très agréable !!! nous recommandons le logement !

Es war eine sehr schöne Woche, das Haus war sauber und ordentlich. Ein toller Ort . Die Kommunikation war sehr gut mit dem Gastgeber . Man kann es nur empfehlen!
