Holiday rentals in Leber

Nice small house with a lovely garden in a very quiet and peaceful area. Well equipped and very clean. I enjoyed my brief stay and am happy to recommend Werner’s place.

The house is amazing and elegant. All the apartments in the house are beautiful and large. Beautiful pool and services. A couple of issues are related to the gate entrance that was broken and to the air conditioning that was present only in a part of the house.

Als zuerst einmal: Die Wohnung war toll und die Lage ein Traum. Ein toller Blick über Graz. Maria hat einen tollen Job gemacht, die Wohnung war perfekt hergerichtet. Die Klimaanlage ist an heißen Tagen wirklich ein Traum. Sollten wir wieder einmal nach Graz kommen, wäre Maria wieder unsere erste Wahl. Danke nochmal

Nuestra estancia en la casa fue absolutamente perfecta y superó todas nuestras expectativas. Desde el primer momento, la comunicación con el anfitrión fue excelente; siempre estuvo disponible para responder nuestras preguntas. La cabaña está ubicada en un entorno natural impresionante, rodeada de montañas y bosques, lo que nos brindó una sensación de paz y tranquilidad. El lugar estaba impecablemente limpio y perfectamente decorado, con un estilo rústico que se integraba a la perfección con la belleza del paisaje. Las comodidades eran de primera; la cocina estaba completamente equipada. La cama era sumamente cómoda y nos permitió descansar profundamente. Además, disfrutamos de largas caminatas por los alrededores, donde pudimos conectar con la naturaleza. La cabaña es el lugar ideal para desconectar. Sin duda recomendamos este lugar a quienes busquen una escapada rural y tranquila para respirar aire puro.

We stayed 4 nights at Udo’s apartment. It was cozy and comfortable. Spacious and furnished with good taste, we especially liked the wooden elements in the whole flat. We really liked the option that we could park the car in the garage. Tramstop is 6min walk that takes you to the center if Graz. Supermarket is also nearby, like 8-10min. walk. Recommended to let windows often open coz the flat can get quite warm inside.

Nicole was an awesome host! She welcomed our little family with an open heart and had bed sheets for the little one available, even though, we didn't ask for that. Thank you!

Diese Unterkunft war für mich "zuHause". Es war von Beginn an - ein Wohlfühlen das kann ich nicht beschreiben. 🙏💖 Die Gastfreundschaft, die Hilfsbereitschaft hab ich selten so erlebt und ich reise viel. Oftmals hab ich die Sonne "durch die Fenster" genossen, draußen war es kalt und unten in Graz war Nebel, das war wirklich ein Geschenk. Die Terrasse ist im Sommer sicher ein Traum und ich kann es noch gar nicht glauben dass die 6 Wochen so schnell vergingen. Ich habe mich zu 100% wohl gefühlt. Eine kleine Verbesserung könnte es geben. Das ist der Druck in der Dusche. Ich habe Rasterlocken und es war eine Herausforderung die Haare zu waschen. Mit normalen Haaren sicher kein Problem, doch mit Rasterlocken - langwierig. :-) Für alle die Ruhe suchen, die Natur genießen wollen, ist das der perfekte Ort. Man kann in die Stadt laufen ca.30-45 Minuten je nachdem wie schnell/langsam man läuft. Zurück geht es den Berg hoch, also gleich ein bisschen "Ausdauer". DANKE für alles🙏🍀💞

Für mich war es echt toll. Vermieter war freundlich, hilfsbereit. Wohnung ist sauber und gemütlich. Zwar nicht top modern, aber wie auf Foros angegeben entsprechend. Kann ich echt empfehlen.
