Juan Carlos' place was a welcome respite in a wonderful area. He was responsive to our requests (e.g., for additional towels), and to have someone show us how to work the stove and the washer/dryer. The facilities were clean and fresh. The security was excellent. The view is nothing special, but it's just two blocks from Larcomar with its gorgeous sunsets. We would stay there again.

Great location with a lovely balcony overlooking the park and the ocean. Lots to do nearby, including many great restaurants. This is a perfect apartment for either a short or extended stay while in Lima. I would definitely go back to Gianfranco’s place and would recommend to friends and family.

Realmente excelente! Es por eso que decidí extender mi estadía aquí. El lugar es muy cómodo y la ubicación me resultó muy práctica dado que debía concurrir a la Universidad de San Marcos. Yulimar, la asistente con quién me estuve comunicando, siempre se mostró atenta a mis inquietudes y respondía a la brevedad. Se comunicaron conmigo mediante un grupo de guatsap (mal escrito pero sino no me deja) donde indicaban uso de tv, cocina y lavadora que me fue muy útil. Para llegar el sitio resulta un poco complicado al principio pero luego uno le agarra la mano, además Yulimar me facilitó planos e indicaciones. Estoy muy contento con la estadía aquí

This was a great spot to crash after our trip to Machu Picchu! Would recommend. Had all the space we needed. Walter let us check in early to accommodate our flight.

The Hosts were amazing, super responsive and helpful at all times. Even accommodated a special request for late check-out. Elevator was broken or broke the day of arrival, hosts immediately reached out after check-in acknowledging deficiency, were apologetic and friendly. Their acknowledgement made all the difference. Thank you for a great stay.

La zona también muy bien ubicada cerca a muchos restaurantes y supermercados, una anfitriona con excelente comunicación, amabilidad y haciéndonos sentir en un lugar confortable, super detallista cada aspecto de la casa y sobretodo bonito 😍🫶🏻

The problem is that they charged me 20% more. And this is the second time working with iStay, losses of more than $300. This is a large amount and no one bears any responsibility. I live in Peru, the national currency here is sol, the amount on Airbnb is indicated in soles, but is charged in dollars (this is not indicated anywhere!!!). The internal exchange rate of the bank is huge and no one wants to bear responsibility. Be careful! But the apartment is good, so I do not give 1.

El ambiente es muy agradable, el espacio es tal cual figura en las fotos del anuncio. La comunicación con Ricardo fue súper rápida, muy atentos ante todo. Se encuentra en un lugar muy céntrico, tranquilo y con una muy buena vista.

We had a fantastic long-term stay here and it was perfect for remote work! The house was consistently comfortable and quiet, creating an ideal work environment. The host was incredibly responsive! While the kitchen only had a few basic items for cooking, we were able to easily supplement with items from the dollar store. Great location too!

The apartment was beautiful. Very clean and perfectly equipped for your stay. The kitchen and bathrooms were wonderful and the bed was extremely comfortable. The location is excellent with everything you need within walking distance. The only thing was we are a family of five with 3 young boys and this place was a little tight. Everyone slept fine but we need to spread out a bit more. However, it served our need and we are grateful.

Super accueil de Luigi qui nous a permis de rentrer dans l’appartement plus tôt que prévu (nous arrivions en bus tôt le matin après une longue nuit de trajet), très réactif par message il nous a même envoyé des recommandations de visites et de restaurants aux alentours de l’appartement, appartement très propre, disposant de toutes accommodations (cafetière, machine à jus de fruits, bouilloire, gel douche, shampoing) Vue très sympa au 18eme étage. Vraiment top !
