Very beautiful place! everything is thought out.. very responsive and helpful hosts. A small but nice surprise - one evening when we returned home, we were greeted by delicious grapes on the terrace - it was very nice! I definitely recommend this hostel!! Everything was just great! :)

We just spent a week at Nikos apartment and had an amazing stay. We were looking for a peaceful atmosphere in a beautiful surrounding with the option to go a restaurant and the beach. The apartment offered all that and were really relaxed when we left. Only thing that is not clear from the apartment info, the second room with the single beds is not a proper room, it’s part of the living room. But that did not pose a problem for us. We loved it and can highly recommend it!

A very traditional and Cousy apartment with clean and comfortable amenities. Thank you for waiting for us patiently till we arrived on delay being extremely nice. We enjoyed the view and garden and sitting in the balcony.  🙏🏼

A truly magical stay. Dia met up with us upon arrival and made my wife and I feel at home right away. The apartment is amazing and has everything you need, including chairs and umbrella for the beach. Dia sent us countless google map links to attractions such as beaches and restaurants, both locally and some worth a drive. The view from the apartment is truly magnificent with great WiFi allowing me to do a little work on my laptop giving me the best of both worlds. As it is so high up, I would always recommend a hire car though. I'll be going back next year. Get booking !! Nick Nicolaou

astonishing experience, I'm only rating the lemon house 5 out of 5 because I can't rate it 7 out of 5. The house is exactly as promised and the hosts truly go above and beyond for their guests. THIS is where you want to spend your holiday

Our holiday in this house was beyond our expectations. Finding the place clean and all essentials inside, the stay was truly comfortable and easy. The owner of the house was very responsive to all our questions, and kind. Location of the house is also perfect; just a 2-minute walk to the beach, and very convenient to restaurants in which you can find great Greek cousine. I highly recommend this property for anyone who seeks a calm holiday in a well-cared-for home in such a convenient setting as well as a a beautiful beach and the sea. Hope to visit there again !

We absolutely loved our stay from the first minute when Panayiotis and his son welcomed us so kindly, we felt at home right away. The house is stunning, really inspiring, and we loved the orange trees with thousands of fresh oranges in the garden. It was a great base to explore archaeological sights and villages within one to two hours’ drive. We thank Panayiotis and his son for letting us stay in their family holiday house and for their wonderful hospitality.

Pasamos un fin de semana en familia increíble !!!! El lugar es precioso con mucha calma y mucho verde …. El departamento estaba completamente equipado, no necesitamos nada extra! Volveremos sin lugar a dudas en cuanto podamos …. Nuestro anfitrión fue siempre respetuoso, amable y muy claro … Muchas gracias !! Lo súper recomiendo!

We waren met 9 vrienden. Elk jaar doen we een stedentrip. Dit jaar Athene. De villa zelf staat zeker in onze top van bezochte accomodaties. Prachtige klassieke villa met grote zeer goed onderhouden tuin voorzien van zwembad, tennisbaan en buitenkeuken voor bbq. Je loopt zo vanuit de tuin de zee in. Super! Andreas is erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Een prima host! In Kineta is redelijk weinig te doen. Er zijn enkele barretjes en restaurants aan t strand op loopafstand. Er een bakker en kleine super vlak bij het treinstation. Voor de grote boodschappen moet je 5 kilometer verderop zijn. Andreas maakte ons dit gelijk kenbaar en regelde bij aankomst een taxi naar deze supermarkt ,waar we voor t weekend gelijk de grootste boodschappen hebben gehaald. Kineta is vanaf de luchthaven per trein te bereiken, maar deze reis duurt bijna 1,5 uur. Ook kun je met deze trein naar Athene. De verbinding is mooi, maar we vonden de afstand van Athene naar Kineta ver. We hebben enorm genoten van de villa!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Haus von Nikos. Die Aussicht ist fantastisch, das Haus sehr groß mit allem, was man braucht. Die Betten sind groß und bequem. Unsere Kinder waren sehr in den äußerst freundlichen Hund verliebt. Wir wurden freundlich von Nikos‘ Eltern empfangen, obwohl wir ungeplanterweise spät ankamen.

The Villa is very nice and spacious with 3 separate bedrooms. The outside area is also great for relaxing. The village seemed quite empty and some restaurants were closed, but that was probably due to it still being off-season. Konstantinos was friendly and helpful.

bonjour, logement conforme à la description, cadre très beau, l'hôte vous fait parvenir des photos qui vous permettent de trouver la maison, surtout quand vous arrivez à une heure tardive de la nuit! cela aide bien ! nous y reviendrons car nous n'avons pu y rester seulement une nuit ! le cadre est magnifique qd vous petit déjeuner sur la terrasse !par contre, logement non adapté à des personnes à mobilité réduite à cause de l'escalier en colimaçon !

Vladimiros' house is perfect and situated in a perfect place. It is clean, very comfortable for a family of 5 - two adults and three small children. It has washing machine, dish washer and in fact feels like at home. There is a wonderful terrace from which you can see surrounding mountains and the sea. You can also go into the garden which is quite big and comfortably park a car. The surrounding beaches are all with pebbles. The closest one, a stunning Schinos beach is 5 minutes drive away. There is a fantastic tavern "Irene" serving home made sea food, moussaka, greek salad, fush etc directly at the beach as well as few other places to eat (one great souvlaki place!) Schinos is a tiny village in the middle of the mountains. We were here in the end of September so almost no people and amazingly calm, just what we were looking for. One basic supermarket in the village. If you want to go to the city, the closest one Loutraki, it takes 30 minutes through the mountains. Watch out, the nearest gas station is 15 km away and closes at 7 pm. Its 1,5 h to Athens international airport. We had a lovely stay at the house, if you want peace, quiet, pitch dark at night and comfortably equipped house and amazing nature around you this is a place for you.

Everything was great. The house is nice, new and with a big yard. The house is 3 minutes walking from the beach, and 10 minutes by the car from many nice places, restaurants and beaches.

Nous avons passés un excellent séjour à la villa à 10 personnes. Les différents espaces de la maison ont permis à chacun d'avoir son intimité. La vue à 360° est imprenable ! L'hôte est très gentille et réactive. L'espace exterieur a rejoui tout le monde. Il faut juste penser à avoir des bons pneus pour accéder à la villa car c'est une route accidentée. La piscine permet de se raffraichir à plusieurs, et la taverne au bord de l'eau à 5 min à pied offre du poisson excellent et péché du jour !

Ο Κωνσταντίνος ήταν άψογος, εξαιρετικά φιλικός και πάντα εκεί όταν χρειάστηκε. Το σπίτι και ο χώρος όπως ακριβώς οι φωτογραφίες. Η πισίνα και ο κήπος ιδανικά για χαλαρωτικές διακοπές και ξεκούραση. Περάσαμε super, το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα. Ευχαριστούμε!!

Η κυρία Βούλα και ο κύριος Θεοδοσης ήταν εξαιρετικοί, όπως και η κόρη τους η Παναγιωτά. Ο,τι χρειαστήκαμε υπήρχε. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για όλα! 🥰
