Holiday rentals with beach access in Morcote

Was great to stay at Savina’s place. She was an excellent host, very responsive and helpful. We had hired a car and Savina arranged parking across the road for us in the shared underground car park which was helpful, as the property is located about 25 min walk out of the main town. The property is most suited to a family with kids as the second bedroom has two smaller single beds. It’s exactly as described and we loved staying there.

We had a wonderful stay in Lezzeno hosted by the amazing Emi. The views from the apartment were stunning and the place was spotless with everything you would need for a short break. Very comfortable apartment and very well organised. Emi went above and beyond for us. Apart from the best welcome we've ever had, she also helped us out when we got stranded in Bellagio.

We had such a wonderful stay! Isa welcomed us right from the start and even though she couldn't speak English, we could feel her warmth and friendliness. Upon knowing it was our wedding anniversary, she also painted us a card to welcome us. The apartment overlooks Lake Como and it was surreal to wake up to such a view every day. Beach chairs and snorkels were also provided if you'd like to swim in the lake, accessible just beneath the house. Unfortunately, it was cold when we were there but I'm sure it would be a lovely experience for those going in good weather. One thing to note, however, is that the accommodation is about 15-20min walk from the main town/dock although there is a restaurant right opposite. This might be a consideration for those who have accessbility concerns. Personally, we didn't mind the walk too much. Overall, we highly recommend this accommodation. The cosiness of the hosts and the interior decor of the space truly felt like a home away from home.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Die Lage war auch sehr gut. Durch eine Straße vom See getrennt. Pluspunkt ist natürlich die Terrasse mit eigenen Liegen. Der Ort an sich ist sehr sehr klein und etwas ruhig aber für alle die Ruhe suchen genau das Richtige. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut und sehr hilfreich.

Absolutely Stunning! The apartment, the location, the ambience, the serenity - everything was just beautiful. After a very long haul flight from Australia, we were greeted warmly by our hosts, we were late, but were never made to feel uncomfortable - check in was seamless and a beautiful local restaurant was booked - it was perfect. Information on local transport and ways to get around were extremely helpful. There is free parking on site at the apartment and it’s an easy drive to Bellagio - which is beautiful and ferries to neighbouring towns is also easy. We were given a complimentary bottle of wine too. The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable and the private patio was stunning. It is a short walk to the lake, which we did as the sun rose and it is something I will never forget. We had a family of 4 (2 teenagers) and we felt very comfortable with lots of space. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön, besonders toll ist der Ausblick auf den See. Die Wohnung ist wirklich mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht. Wir kommen gern wieder :)

Très beau logement, impeccable. Décoration élégante. Parking facile et rapide d'accès et à proximité des restaurants et du bord du lac. Petite point d'attention qui n'est pas en rapport avec le logement mais le village : il n'y a pas de borne de recharge électrique à proximité.

We had a great stay at Luigi's house. The accommodation it was exactly as described, very very clean and perfect located for visite all the region, the lake Como and Milano city. Luigi was a great host, friendly and very fast responsive. We kindly recommend the house. For sure we will book the accommodation without hesitate next time.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Unterkunft. Der Blick ist wunderschön, die Wohnung gut ausgestattet, aber nicht vollgestellt. Die Wohnung ist eine gute Ausgangsbasis für Unternehmungen am Comer See oder um in Ruhe seinen Urlaub zu genießen. Für uns als Familie mit einem 10 Monate alten Baby und mit Hund super.

Séjour calme et reposant. La communication était facile et efficace. Accessible en train, à 10-15 minutes à pied de la gare. Merci pour tout :)

We had a wonderful stay. Michele and his family were so friendly and helpful. We took our dog, and Michele sister as a vet was able to provide the services needed for our return trip. Michele also offered a taxi service to help us get our car from the garage and my mum to the train station. We can’t thank him enough for making our stay go well. We were able to walk down to the lake edge, the local restaurant the Blue Shell was amazing and we loved going to the little local shop also in walking distance for supplies.

Spacious and modern apartment just a 10 minute walk from train station and 5 minute walk from lake side and restaurants. Quick and straight forward welcome and check in with Marco. Very clean apartment that had all we needed. We only stayed one night so didn’t use the kitchen but it appeared to have everything you’d need for longer stay. Comfortable beds, very quiet location and rooms that were very cool due to the window shutters. Which was perfect for us. We didn’t need heating or air conditioning but noticed the apartment had both. Ideal place for a short or longer stay beside a beautiful lake. Would highly recommend.

Top locatie echt een mooi uitzicht over het meer. Appartement was in orde met een goed bed! Wel jammer dat de keuken niet echt voorzien was van basis dingen zoals peper of olijfolie.

We really enjoyed our stay in this peaceful apartment with a great location and fantastic view! This is a perfect place for exploring the lake Como region, the bus stop is just a few steps away and Lecco translation a pleasant walk away. Even if Malgrate is small, all needed services are close, including several nice restaurants and a cozy cafeteria. Teddy was an excellent host making sure we have everything we need.

What a superb spacious apartment, fitted to a very good standard , the welcome drinks and bread were most appreciated The view from the terrace was amazing and the location was perfect, 5 to 10 minute walk to the supermarket,restaurant,shops and the ferry crossings. Verbania itself was lovely, quieter than Stessa but still had a good vibe. Isola Bella and Superiore were our favourite islands with restaurants bars and shops, whereas on Isola Madri you had to pay for the entrance to the palace and gardens and there was nothing else to do if you didn’t. The Saturday market which you could see from the apartment, was worth going to. Fiorella was an outstanding host and looked after all our needs. Would love to visit again.

Everything about our stay in Luca’s house was perfect from the hosts, to the locals, to Lucas great recommendations. I can think of no fault with this Airbnb as everything was perfect. I will surely be back and for longer. Also super clean & very close to the train station. Surroundings were beautiful which made for some incredible hikes/runs. Thank you Khady and Luca 😊

Foi uma ótima estadia em vários aspectos que valorizamos, tanto no que se refere as acomodações, localização privilegiada de fronte ao Lago com vista lindíssima do lago e das montanhas nevadas, perto de restaurantes, bares, pastisseria, supermercado etc Em frente ao embadouro e muito perto da estação ferroviária facilitando então conhecermos outras cidades como Varenna e Bellagio. O casal Gianpaolo e Grazia foram super gentis e atenciosos. Voltaremos !

Abbiamo soggiorna un giorno e una notte. la Signora Ivana gentilissima e disponibile. L' alloggio meraviglioso come da foto e descrizione. Pulitissimo e arredamento moderno. Si trova a cinque minuti a piedi dal Lago. Peccato per il brutto tempo ma ci torneremo con la bella stagione. Consigliatissimo.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Ausblick auf den See ist unbezahlbar. Ja unter der Wohnung verläuft eine Strasse, aber dies hat uns nicht gestört. In der Küche ist alles was man benötigt uns sehr sauber und nicht abgenutzt. Auch sonst war es sehr sauber und das Bett bequem. Der Checkin war super einfach, da Alessandro mir detailierte Bilder zugesendet hat und somit sehr einfach zu finden war. Auch sonst hat er schnell bei Fragen reagiert. Danke dafür 😊 Wenn wir wieder in der Gegend sind, kommen wir gerne wieder.

Schöne,grosse Wohnung,Highlights waren die drei Balkone,so konnten wir die Sonne auch im November bis Nachmittags geniessen. Alles vorhanden, auch viele tolle Pflegeprodukte. Schöne,grosse Badewanne. Genug Platz in der Wohnung und viele Sitzgelegenheiten. Haben sehr gut geschlafen in den Betten. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Kurzdistanz zum See und einem sehr schönen Wanderweg entlang des Sees nach beiden Richtungen. Einkaufen am besten in Dongo,dem Nachbardorf. Die Strasse ist gleich vor dem Haus, vom Hauptbalkon aus gut zu hören.Wer Motoren mag, freut sich über Abwechslung und einige Highlights zum Anschauen, wer absolute Stille braucht,ist hier im Sommer wohl eher nicht am richtigen Ort. Wer die italienische Kultur und Lebensfreude mag,und dazu gehören auch Motorräder, der hat eine tolle Lage direkt am See mit phantastischer Aussicht.
