The house is large and offers a lot of open space outdoors. The equipment is good. A few sunbeds would have been really good. The pool is a dream. However, as a group, we have had the experience that the house was unfortunately still very dirty at check-in and no towels etc. were missing. Nevertheless, Raul reacted quickly and sent new "cleaning team" over. The towels were also brought to us a day later. The location of the house is very nice. Valencia City can be reached within 20 minutes. If Raul even more on the details or Would pay attention to cleanliness, then we would be happy to recommend the house.

Really lovely week stay at Raul's place. Villa has everything you need to be comfortable. Raul was a great host, very easy to get hold of during our stay and help out with anything we needed (both inside and outside the villa) The villa itself is lovely with a big pool. Metro is about 15 min walk away which is 30 mins into Valencia City Centre. However, I would recommended renting a car when its hot! :)

The house is situated in a very quiet area and has a nice environment outside. The garden is also maintained very well. The pool is really really superb! Very big and deep and has a very nice lay-out.
The host is very attentive and follows up on issues quickly!

But I would not recommend the house for larger groups.
We were 6 persons and experienced quite some issues with the electricity.
A normal use (pool pumps, cooking, using ventilators to cool the sleeping rooms) already resulted in electrical shutdowns.
The host organised an electrician to review the installation.
The specialist checked the fuses and warned for irregularities that could cause dangerous situations.
The host mentioned it was going to be solved after we left the house.

Almost two days without electricity caused several other issues: no fridge anymore, the pool sanitation system off leading to a green pool, no cooling leading to sleepless nights.
The host compensated with one day fee cancellation, what was considerate, but obviously a structural solution would be preferable.

I would recommend the host to invest in an upgrade of the electrical capacity and add a structural airconditioning system in the house.
The increase in electrical capacity is a real necessity for a larger group or family to stay.
Airconditioning will seriously increase the comfort situation of the house itself.
The few ventilators are not useful enough for the house and too noisy during the night.

I had a pleasant stay at Raul's,the house is large, spacious and functional.
The pool is beautiful and the setting and environment is very relaxing
