Beautiful home in a great neighborhood. The house was comfortable and tastefully decorated. The house was also very conveniently located (just 5 mins from a commercial area). We would highly recommend this home.

I stayed at Ashleys house with two friends when I was visiting my parents, who live just around the corner. It was the perfect place for us all, with a bedroom each and plenty of space, with a big kitchen. My parents were able to come round for tea and relax and they loved it so much they want to stay for a few nights as a treat when they are having some decorating done! The house was very clean, comfortable, really stylish and was just a short walk to the beautiful beach. I would love to come back to stay again, it's a really nice house and Ashley left us milk, tea, coffee and snacks too... much appreciated!!

Baylands is beautifully appointed inside and spotlessly clean. It has great outdoor space which we made good use of during the wonderful weather ! Ashley is a super host - responsive and friendly even arranging for a hand delivery of a new cafetière. My family and I spent many happy childhood summers in Cloughey a long time ago (anyone else remember the ladybird summer of 1976!!) and really enjoyed rekindling happy memories on the beach.
