Blue Palm C-11 Villa is a charming and peaceful property, just a stone's throw away from the market, restaurants, and beaches, all within a 5-10 minute walk. The villa is clean and well-maintained, with a polite and helpful caretaker always ready to assist. We had four toddlers with us, so a fully functional kitchen was essential, and it felt just like home. The rooms were nice, and the spacious living room could easily accommodate 7-8 people for relaxing and chatting. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the C-11 Villa.

Exceptional Stay with Great Service! I had an amazing experience at this homestay! The place was exceptionally clean, with a well-maintained kitchen and bathroom, making my stay very comfortable. The WiFi was fast and reliable, which was a big plus. What truly made the stay special was the outstanding hospitality. The hosts were very accommodating, allowing an early check-in and a late check-out, which made my trip much more convenient. They also recommended great hotels and reliable scooty rentals, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, this homestay exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stress-free and enjoyable stay. I would definitely return!

We are a family of 9 and this villa was amazing from the size to the location, it had everything the cleaner was lovely and we had clean towels every day. There is a pool on site just one min away. We would recommend this villa to large families, beautiful scenic location, great air con in every room. Kitchen well equipped but we only just used the glasses as so many great restaurants in walking distance to eat.

Sehr schönes Haus mit großzügigem Raum, Garten, Terrasse - wir haben uns von Beginn wohl gefühlt. Wie beschrieben hat ein Schlafzimmer AC, das zweite Zimmer (gleichwertig groß und auch mit schönem Doppelbett und Insektenschutz Netz) einen gut funktionierenden Deckenventilator. Wer auf der Suche nach Ruhe und Entspannung ist, ist hier gut aufgehoben. Wer Tiere mag - noch mehr. Wir haben die sanfte, unaufdringliche Gesellschaft von Katze, Hund und auch einmal Kühen im Garten als bereichernd empfunden. Sneha war von Beginn an sehr gut erreichbar und hat uns proaktiv bei den Taxi Transfers (Uber klappt hier nicht) vom/zum Flughafen geholfen. Vor Ort stand uns Pavi sehr freundlich und unterstützend für alles (härtere Matratze, Kerzen, Kontakt zu Moped-Verleih inkl Zustellung ..) zur Verfügung. Zu Fuss sind die Strände Palolem und Patnem in ca 15 Minuten erreichbar. Sehr tolle Restaurants in der unmittelbaren Umgebung mit Blick aufs Meer! Wir können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen.

This house was super comfortable, clean and well-equipped! Walking distance to the beach, several spas, restaurants and shopping. The caretaker, Mr. Pandey, was also very accessible and considerate of our needs. Definitely recommend!!

premises is big enough for children to bring their own football to play. Can find a trail from house only to the beach 5 min walking, will find only some fishermen and no crowd , it's nice to be there at the beach in morning. House is surrounded by coconut trees. people seeking for peace with no loud DJ'S will definitely like the place. Restaurant near by is Sand and waves restaurant and bar at velsao beach ,will get all the varieties to eat and is near by and is the only restaurant at the beach and is enough as we can get everything to fill tummy.

Let me start off by saying that I have been swayed. Although we were two couples with 3 naughty kids, still this gem kept me in a blissful and serene state, albeit being in a popular place filled with lively cafés and bars. The peace, calm, beauty, and nature at Casa Maya charmed me every time I stepped in. The hosts are very knowledgeable and always eager to help (especially Rohit), the caretaker and cook took care of us like they know us from past life. I wouldn't be out of my mind to blatantly say that if I dont get a reservation here in the future, I will change my dates.

I would start first from the check-in. Host provided early check-in as property was available. Care taker Ricolin was available based on our call to him. Property is nice, silent place, properly maintained, walkable distance to beach as mentioned on Airbnb. Excellent place for vacation for a large family or group of family and friends. 1 AC was not working when we arrived so reported to host and caretaker and immediately they got it repaired. Good support from both. Swimming pool is small in size and shared between 2 Villas but properly maintained. Only a small family can use it at a time. Very good open space and balcony to be utilised for drinking and smoking. Sofa placed in the balcony could have been cleaned. We didn't used balcony as outside open space was well enough. Care taker Ricolin provided all the support and arranged rent bike at the property itself for us. Overall a very good stay we friends enjoyed here. Thanks to host Indrajit and Care taker Ricolin.

A great, clean and hygiene place to say. We had gone for a business trip and our requirements were taken care like internet etc. Very close to beach, the privacy of the property and good and supporting staff made the experience very comfortable with full of joy. Amazing place and very good staff.

It was a great place and great stay for us during our recent trip. Penthouse looked as in the listing and was clean. All rooms were very spacious and had thoughtful interiors. Location is very near to the beach and also near to very wide roads. Parking was available. All facilities inside the flat was very good. There was a big pool but we did not use it. Check-in & check-out were smooth. Kyle was very responsive and friendly. He had given some suggestions for food and shopping. Overall, me/ family enjoyed the stay and would definitely recommend this place.

First of all, my apologies for the delay in sharing my review, but I really didn't want to write in a rush. My trip was a last-minute one, which is obvious when it's Goa. Though I am a regular visitor, the southern part was untouched, and I needed a place near the beach but not on it, that is peaceful, safe, clean, and gives you a getaway feeling. Believe me, I only chose this house after reading the host reviews, and besides the property being an amazing choice that checks all your laid-back vacation items, Onkar was the most humble BNB host I have experienced so far. I felt like I went to a friend's place, and that's how you care. Thanks, Onkar, for being yourself; it matters a lot for the experience. I would like to visit and stay again during the monsoons; it will be beautiful, I am sure. And I hope you liked us as guests, as it goes both ways. Glad to find a stay to recommend and visit again. I stayed at this amazing place for three nights and absolutely loved it! The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and looked exactly like the photos. Everything was just as described, which made our stay super comfortable and hassle-free. The host was incredibly warm and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. She also gave us some fantastic local recommendations that really added to our experience. The location is another big plus—it’s just a short walk to the serene Zalor Beach, which was perfect for morning strolls and relaxing sunsets. Overall, a fantastic stay and I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Binesh and staff were amazing!!! We rented an ocean front cabin and you can’t get any closer to the ocean/sea than this! I would highly recommend this place. It’s clean and your own space. The restaurant and the chefs are literally the Best in Goa. We will be back for sure. If you’re going to Goa, this is the place. Exactly as described and Stanley could not have been more helpful and supportive on our first trip to India. From booking taxis and exchanging currency to recommending activities and local restaurants. The rooms are clean , tidy and all have a/c. We felt this accommodation was ideal for our trip as it provided a base point from which we could explore the region and try out lots of local restaurants as well as being close to the beach and shacks for those well deserved beach days..

Our stay was nothing short of magical ! Nestled just 20 meters from the beach, this charming retreat offers direct access through a private gate, making every sunrise and sunset feel even more special. The warm hospitality of Vikram and Ram made our experience truly delightful—they were always ready to assist with a friendly smile. Freeda’s thoughtful recommendations for nearby shacks and shops added a wonderful touch to our trip. She was always in touch and went out of her way to accommodate us an option for late check-out as our flight was at night. If you’re seeking tranquility by the shore, this is the perfect haven.
