Waterfront holiday rentals in Paphos

Miejsce jest w doskonałej lokalizacji, z pięknym widokiem na morze. W pobliżu znajduje się mnóstwo restauracji oraz sklepów. W pobliżu znajduje się także zajezdnia autobusowa. Pokój spełniał oczekiwania, wygląda tak jak na zdjęciach. Było czysto i w pokoju znajdowały się wszystkie wymienione udogodnienia. Zameldowanie i wymeldowanie było bardzo proste dzięki skrytce na klucz. Bardzo dobrze będę wspominać ten pobyt.

We’ve had a wonderful week in Paphos and enjoyed our stay in the apartment - it was very clean and extremely well located apartment. It had everything we needed including toys, games and the inflatables for the kids. The pool was fantastic for a morning dip and the close proximity to the town, restaurants and the harbour made everything easy and accessible. When our son had an accident on the beach and we needed to take him to the doctor Andreas kindly offered us help, and checked on us to make sure our son was ok. Andreas, Thank you again for all your hospitality and your kindness!

Perfect place for couple. Nice and cozy apartment with AC, smart tv and a balcony. Private parking is useful, while it’s hard to find a parking spot around the city. The location of the apartment is brilliant, multiple restaurants, bars and tourist attractions in a 5 minute walk distance. Would definitely recommend for everyone.

We had an absolutely fantastic time staying at Yiannos's apartment in Latchi. The apartment was spotless and beautifully decorated, making us feel instantly at home. Yiannos was an incredible host – his communication was exceptional, he was always available to answer our questions, and he even went above and beyond to provide us with helpful local tips and recommendations. We truly appreciated his warm welcome and his dedication to ensuring we had a memorable stay. We highly recommend this apartment and Yiannos as a host to anyone visiting Latchi!

Apartament godny polecenia. Wszystko idealnie i ładnie urządzone. Okolica piękna z atrakcjami dla dzieci ( basen, piękny ogród z zabawkami). Kuchnia wyposażona jak w domu- jest wszystko co potrzebne nawet na długi wypoczynek. Parking obok apartamentu. Okolica cicha i spokojna. Do dużego supermarketu otwartego codziennie tylko 4 minuty autem. Dwie łazienki idealnie sprawdzają się dużą rodziną.

Can’t say enough good things about Nikolas’s place. Not only was the place spacious, clean and well furnished, but it was also located in the best possible place with a large balcony overlooking the water. Everything that was needed was steps away for the apartment with many restaurants, shops and the Paphos Harbour walkway. The host was also very welcoming and kind to let us stay at his place.

The apartment is in a great location, it's easy to take the bus to/from airport (number 612), and the town and beach are easily walkable. There are plenty of local bars and restaurants. You can also get buses to other beaches and towns. We stayed for a month so made full use of the kitchen and washing machine- there was everything we needed and we really enjoyed our stay here. As someone else has reported- google maps is slightly incorrect. The actual property is about 100 metres up the road, and on the other side of road. (Also note that electricity is payable separately, I hadn't noticed that in the listing)

Wonderful apartment—cozy and comfortable in every way. Diana provided all the necessary information, and we had no issues during our stay. The view from the window is just like in the photos—you can see and hear the sea. The location is a bit away from the port and the old town, which allows for a peaceful retreat from the hustle. There are restaurants, a store, and car rental services nearby. We are very happy with our stay and hope to return!

Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und abgelegen an einer Steilküste. Der Ausblick aufs Meer ist atemberaubend! Allerdings ist es kein Strand zum baden und schwimmen. Circa 20 min zu Fuß bzw ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto befindet sich ein wunderschöner naturbelassener Strand perfekt zum schnorcheln mit ruhigem Wellengang. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und bietet alles was man braucht. Der perfekte Ort für Natur Liebhaberinnen und für eine ruhige erholsame Zeit.

beautiful house in an exceptional location with breathtaking sea views including the sound of the sea around the clock. perfect for relaxing and unwinding! warm welcome with a few supplies and drinks in the fridge. very easy to get to with the excellent digital guide. carrie is a very friendly and generous hostess. our only point of criticism: the bed (or rather the spring core mattress) - a bit worn out and everytime your partner turns in his sleep you get shaken up

Had a great 10 days at the apartment. We hired a car for the duration and visited lots of places in the surrounding areas. We highly recommend Sonnys Restaurant 10 mins west. Also The House restaurant 15mins NW. the local supermarket had most things you need and there's a Lidl 5 mins drive away. The local pizza restaurant was ok as was the restaurant next door. Coral bay up the coast is a good beach and good restaurants and the sea caves beach was fantastic up the coast. The sunset views from the apartment on the upper balcony were beautiful. Like home from home, highly recommend Stephan & Francois' apt. Our only complaint is that the double bed was too hard!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was absolutely perfect for visiting Paphos. We didn’t hire a car, and were able to walk the 20/30 minutes along the seafront to the town centre and historical sights, and excellent Paphos bus service to visit other locations. A couple of nice little beaches 10 minutes walk away. The house was clean and cosy and in a very quiet neighbourhood. There were just a couple of things missing from the list of specified items with the villa - bikes and charcoal for the bbq, which would have nice to have available, but Svetlana communicated immediately about these when we asked. Would definitely return if we are in Paphos again!

Prachtige privé villa, van alle gemakken voorzien, nog mooier dan op de foto’s! De keuken is heel uitgebreid uitgerust, ruim huis en tuin, lokale producten uit de tuin, práchtige sterrenhemel ‘s nachts, heel groene omgeving, leuk om te wandelen. Paradise beach is op loopafstand en ook heel mooi, de zee was nog heerlijk om in te zwemmen (veel warmer dan het zwembad)!

Ein tolles Haus, direkt am Meer, die Brandung konnten wir im Schlafzimmer genießen. Ein WLAN Problem wurde sofort gelöst.Redis Tipps für die Umgebung waren super. Wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben. Sensationelle Sonnenuntergänge!

Very nice studio for two persons with balcony. Clean and well equiped. Owner runs small shop downstairs, so checking in, out and contact is very good. Studio is located close to the beach and port. There are plenty of resteurants around. Bus stop to the airport is located 30 seconds walk from the apartament. Nice holidays hopefully I will come back in the future.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le logement de Frank qui nous a fait un super accueil ainsi que sa femme. Le logement était très propre et tout équipé. Il est très bien situé pas loin de la plage et restaurants et il y a une magnifique piscine à disposition. Je vous recommande vivement ce logement si vous voulez passer un agréable moment. Un GRAND merci à Frank et sa femme pour leur accueil, bienveillance et gentillesse 😀 Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir!

We had a great stay. Jane is a fantastic host. The apartment has stunning view. Everything was perfect!

The apartment is in a small development in a really great location in the small resort of Latchi. 10 or so excellent restaurants within 2-10 mins walk. Supermarket at 2 minutes walk, lots of free parking at 2 minutes walk. Harbour front and beaches at 5 minutes walk. The apartment is perfect for a couple, fairly basically furnished and equipped, but everything we needed was there. The interior is a little tired perhaps, but that is reflected in the price. Balconies on both sides means one is always in shade. The pool in the development is clean and a good size. Not much used when we were there. Lastly, Sylvia is incredibly responsive and friendly. Strongly recommended.

We were a group of four that stayed in the apartment for a week in late February. We were very happy with the place, it is located in walking distance to the beach (10-15 mins), with a lot of restaurants, bars, and grocery stores on the way. Some of us had to work during our stay, wi-fi connection was very stable and fast! The pool area looked great too but was still closed (probably because it was still winter and thus too cold to swim anyway). We had a few questions to which Felix reponded quickly, so there was nothing to complain about :) Would come back here!

The house is as described, furnished and equipped with everything you need. The cleanliness is impeccable. The courtyard is beautiful, for relaxation. The house is located in a quiet and luxurious neighborhood. From the house and yard you can see the sea which is very close. There are many restaurants and shops nearby. The beach can be reached on foot and quickly. There is access to a swimming pool. Julia and Jody are very welcoming hosts, communication was excellent. Always caring, with helpful advice. We thank them for the welcome gifts. On departure, after checkout, they were very kind and took us to Kato Paphos. We really liked it and will come back with love!

Апартаменты хорошо расположены, поблизости ходят автобусы как в Старый город Пафоса, так и на пляжи и также в аэропорт. Рядом имеется самый большой Молл в Пафосе, можно купить все необходимое. До променада минут 15 пешком. Хозяин быстро отвечает на сообщения и всегда в доступности ответить на любой вопрос! Спасибо за отдых!:)
