We chose this villa for its central location from where you can explore many parts of the island. Whereas it lacked the charm of some villas, this was compensated for by the peaceful location, the security of parking for 1 or even 2 cars, the cleanliness, the well equipped kitchen, decent beds, 2 comfy sofas, a covered outside bbq eating area and spotless pool. The house is accessible and is like a bungalow in style. No frills but everything we needed, and it was convenient. Good agromart supermarket few minutes away. Good choice restaurants in Lloseta nearby village- We enjoyed Es Garuda. There’s a Train station nearby for convenient access to Palma .Friendly host who came to greet us and say farewell.

We loved our stay! Thorsten was helpful throughout and was extremely friendly and attentive to our needs. The pool was outstanding as was the outdoor space. Everywhere was spotless and I can genuinely say nothing needed to be improved! We loved the accommodation and three generations simply had the best time together in this exceptional place.

What a beautiful home! The short walk to the beach was worth every penny - absolutely stunning views. We had everything we needed and appreciated our communicative hosts! We were only bummed to learn that “hot tub” meant a bath tub, nothing outdoors. Otherwise, this house had everything we needed for our party of 8 :)

A wonderful week at Can Coa. The villa was spotless throughout. apart from the shower drains that needed cleaning out as a couple of the showers flooded. The kitchen is well stocked but some items such as washing up liquid, dishwashers tablets and bin bags had to be bought. The terraces outside and the pool area are great. Fantastic views of the mountains and town. However there are a lot of steps so be mindful if you have mobility issues. A small table and chairs outside the kitchen door would be useful. Josep was very helpful and quick to reply to any questions and Emilio the taxi driver from Mallorcabs was excellent. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Wir haben meinen 30. Geburtstag in der Finca gefeiert und hatten eine unvergessliche Zeit. Das Haus und Grundstück sind noch schöner als auf den Fotos, der Ausblick ein Traum! Ich würde diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen und habe sie auch schon mehrfach in meinem Freundes und Bekanntenkreis empfohlen ❤️ Die aufblasbaren Pool Spielsachen waren kaputt und wir haben sie entsorgt, dafür haben wir unsere Schwimmringe und Luftmatratzen für die nächsten Gäste dagelassen :))

What a lovely villa, spacious, and everything we needed. Loved that 8 separate beds as we were a group of friends celebrating my 60th. Jaime had notified us of builders next door beforehand so not an issue, actually advantageous in carrying one of our group who broke her foot whilst away. I contacted Jaime to recommend a hospital but he insisted on coming to collect us, taking us to hospital and lending us a pair of crutches. We were able to walk to most places but also used Uber to get around. Thoroughly recommend and would love to revisit.

Sehr angenehme Kommunikation. Offene und freundliche Menschen. Tolle Unterkunft mit schönem Blick. Balkon mit Morgensonne. Ruhige Lage, aber trotzdem nur ein kurzer Fußmarsch bis nach Pollença und zum nächsten Supermarkt. Wirklich empfehlenswert!!!

Beautiful view from the backyard. Big property with a lot of privacy. 15 min walk to Soller center. Nicely renovated and clean. 2nd and 3rd bedroom share a bathroom and are a little tight on the top floor. Light on towels.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Ein perfekter Aufenthalt – absolute Empfehlung! Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit in diesem wunderschönen Haus auf Mallorca. Alles war genau wie auf den Bildern – sauber, stilvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, es waren sogar Orangen auf dem Esstisch, eine Flasche Cava im Kühlschrank und ein frischer Blumenstrauß im Wohnzimmer. Die Lage ist top, der Pool ein Traum und die Küche hervorragend ausgestattet - es war wirklich alles da, was man braucht. Ein besonderes Dankeschön an die unglaublich netten Gastgeber - Francesca & Juan - super freundlich, engagiert und mit exzellenter Kommunikation. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in diesem wunderbaren Haus. Es ist sehr großzügig und es hat einen sehr gemütlichen Stil, so dass man sich direkt zuhause fühlt. Es ist an alles gedacht, die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet. Die Kirsche aus der Torte ist die wunderbare Dachterrasse, von der man einen traumhaften Ausblick hat. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war toll, schnell und immer effektiv. Wir können die Unterkunft empfehlen und freuen uns jetzt schon auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt!

Great place to start cycling trips. Everything is as in the pictures. We can recommend this place. The wifi is not that good though.

An amazing find!!! Super close the Palma and a beautiful strip with lovely restaurants and beaches

Wir wollten unseren spätsommer gerne auf Mallorca, in Strandnähe bei Palma genießen. Das Haus war wirklich sehr schön. Trotz einiger Hotelbalkone war der Außenbereich sehr schön und gemütlich, da der über der Garage gebaut ist. Wir haben uns sehr geborgen, sicher aber trotzdem anwesend gefühlt. Das Haus war makellos sauber! Auch die Ausstattung wie waschmaschiene oder die große Küche ist sehr gut! Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Der Einkaufsladen ist in 12 minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, der Strand in 5 Minuten. Auch Restaurants sind schnell zu erreichen und das abendliche Bier ist auch maximal 15 minuten zu Fuß entfernt :). Wir wollen uns ganz herzlich bei dir Aakash bedanken für das super Haus und das entgegengebrachte Vertrauen dort Urlaub machen zu dürfen! Beste Grüße aus Norddeutschland Jonas and Friends :)

Nuestra estancia en esta casa fue excelente. La vivienda es muy cómoda, está bien equipada y no le falta detalle: desde utensilios de cocina hasta productos básicos para el día a día, todo estaba disponible. Las habitaciones son amplias, agradables y cada una cuenta con aire acondicionado, lo que hizo que nuestra estancia fuera aún más confortable. La zona es tranquila pero bien conectada, ideal para descansar sin estar lejos de los principales puntos de interés. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue rápida y muy fluida en todo momento. Además, fueron muy flexibles con los horarios, permitiéndonos entrar antes y salir más tarde, lo cual agradecimos muchísimo. Como punto a mejorar, la presión del agua era un poco baja y la ducha tardaba en calentarse. En general, recomendamos mucho esta casa y sin duda volveríamos.

We hebben het heerlijk gehad. Een prettig huis op een fantastische locatie. Zeer compleet ingericht. Een paar minuten lopen vanaf het strand en op 100 meter van de gezelligheid van restaurants en bars. Bakker en supermarkt ook direct om de hoek. Ook de tuin is erg prettig en er waren zelfs emmers, schepjes en luchtbedden voor op het strand voor de kinderen. Fantastisch! Phaeton is een vriendelijke host en had alles keurig voor ons achtergelaten. De ruimte was zo groot dat we met 5 personen de woonkamer en slaapkamer beneden niet eens nodig hadden.

Gute Lage im schönen Dorf Deía. Haus ist geräumig und wohnlich, alles ordentlich und sauber. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit Lenka. Anfahrt durch die engen Straßen ist typisch italienisch, der private Parkplatz aber komfortabel. Küche gut ausgestattet mit ausreichend viel Geschirr und Besteck, was nicht selbstverständlich ist. Öl und Gewürze vorhanden. Das Haus wird im Winter mit Ölradiatoren und über die Klimaanlagen geheizt, man bekommt es ausreichend warm, effizient ist das aber sicher nicht. Das Geschirr wurde in der Spülmaschine nicht sauber. Sonst gab es keine Kritikpunkte. Wir würden das Quartier wieder wählen.

Francisca and Maria were warm, kind, generous and vey helpful during our month long stay in their family home in Petra. The house is very beautiful and located almost at the center of Mallorca, so we had many trips exploring the island, and then were appreciative to return to a place that felt like a home.

Booked this for our first family holiday together for 20 years to celebrate my retirement. We wanted space to sit together and eat/chat as well as being able to escape for some privacy. S’hort Secret offered all of this and more with every couple able to have access to a private bathroom and plenty of space. The garden was beautiful and we were lucky enough to be able to sit out for breakfast during our visit. The kitchen was the hub of our holiday and was big enough for all 6 adults to use at the same time which made mealtimes and prep a gloriously sociable affair. The property was just 5 minutes walk from the busy square but in a peaceful location. Local transportation was close by and the sound of the tram passing by was a highlight of our stay. The pictures do not do this property justice and we cannot recommend it highly enough (it is difficult to get 6 adults to agree so wholeheartedly). It was the best place to celebrate. Die Villa hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen vor Ort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Außenbereich mit den Terrassen und Pool war wunderbar und das Angebot an Bädern und Schlafzimmer war für uns optimal. Auch die Küche war gut ausgestattet, allerdings waren einige Gebrauchsgegenstände schon etwas abgenutzt, was wir aber für eine Ferienwohnung, die von vielen benutzt wird, eher normal finden. Das Angebot an Duschhandtüchern, Poolhandtüchern, Seife, Geschirrspülmitten, Geschirrreinigertabs u.ä. war gut. Ebenfalls vorhanden waren 2 funktionsfähige Fahrräder, Sonnenschirme für den Strand u.ä. , am Pool standen unterschiedliche Liegen. Die Kommunikation mit Catalina war sehr gut. Wir würden das Haus wieder buchen.

We verbleven hier in april met onze twee dochters en hebben ontzettend genoten van deze plek. Ondanks het feit dat de foto’s een goed idee geven, waren we toch nog verrast door de schoonheid, grootte en luxe van dit vakantiehuis. De inrichting is prachtig en alles is gloednieuw. We hadden een heerlijk verblijf hier en zouden zonder twijfel terugkeren.

We stayed in Stephan's place for 10days end of Feb and beginning of March. Although the weather was not the best with sunshine on and off, this house is a gem--beautiful and warm! We stayed with our infant daughter who just started to crawl and she enjoyed exploring every inch of the house. It is a perfect place for staying with a little one. The host provided highchair and crib and was super responsive. We would come again!
