Great stay, very quiet place, great location next to the beach, the excellent property, large living room, good rooms, the pool, barbecue, great for staying with the family. I recommend it and will be back soon.

The stay was great, we were in four adults and two small dogs. Eli answered questions promptly by msg and the neighbor of the house was very willing and helpful in helping us. The house is like in the pictures, organized and clean. The backyard is wide and well lit. It has an area with a nice barbecue, has a grill and two skewers, sink and countertop. There are various kitchen items, pans and cutlery, airfrier and blender. The bathroom is large and clean. Nearly all rooms have a ceiling ventilator to help cool the environment. The value is good. Would recommend.

It is my third time at this property and I can not recommend strongly enough. From the check in to the checkout , had been a pleasure to deal with the host and the maintenance team. As always, the house is immaculate , super clean, new mattress and the pool had crystalline water which is unusual for a gigantic house. The caretaker was there every day to assist us. We will be back next year. Thanks again!

I loved Célia's place. my family felt at home these days we stayed there! I loved it in a whole super clean house smelling beautifully well. cozy, large kitchen, space for my pets Well Equipped House! Célia very good hostess ,always asked if it was okay,if I needed anything I loved in a whole! The very receptive neighbors,very calm,I really like it. And the location of the house is not even spoken close to everything,walking around did everything it needed Only the furthest beach,most of all very close Quiet, quiet place Super recommend the house with eyes closed! My experience was excellent! The accommodation was impeccable, with enough space for everyone, very well cleaned and organized. There was a wide variety of utensils that made the stay much easier. The location is also amazing, very close to the beach, which made everything even better! In addition, the host was extremely attentive, always responding quickly and being very friendly. One of the best homes I've stayed on Airbnb. Hosts responded to us very quickly, even after hours. We had the privilege of meeting Mrs. Rose, who handed us the key, answering our doubts and always willing to assist us. The residence is very clean, all organized, the atmosphere is very pleasant. The only improvement would be to install air conditioning in the bedrooms, to climatize and make it even more comfortable. When I come back, I plan to stay at this location again.

We were very well hosted. We took advantage of the pools, the bar, in short, the resort has a large infrastructure, the staff are very attentive and the apartment is very good. The beach is just across the street. Lá Bodeguita Restaurant is of a high standard for the region, the only one nearby. Going by car to the center of the beach to eat well and find large markets. Paranaguá, which is nearby, has a boat tour of the sea to see the port. Guaratuba we took a ferry boat and had lunch at the Oceano, which is high standard for the region. Tours of the region are great.

For the second year we stayed in Amarildo's apartment, and we were extremely satisfied, my family and I, their space is getting better and better, new furniture, air in the two rooms which gave us even more quality in the stay, the environment is always very clean and airy, for sure next year we will be there again, remembering that Maristela who welcomed us is very sweet and kind. I and my family were very pleased to stay in this apartment. Clean, beautiful and smelling environment, it really surprised us. To the readers of this comment I leave my recommendation, as it is worth it. As for the city of Matinhos and Caiobá, they still leave to be desired in some respects as places to eat, parking and beauty of the city, but it is noticeable that it is improving each year, along with Guaratuba, the potential to match the country's large coastal cities. Finally, I highlight here the attractions of the condominium (pools, blocks, etc.) that amused my family a lot and the only negative aspect was an unpleasant smell coming from the air conditioning that did not hinder our stay, but caught the attention in a bad way.

The Condominium is spectacular, just as you can see in the publication. I recommend it for families As for Carlos and Sonia, they welcomed us very well, always predisposed and attentive to everything we needed. Even Carlos gave us an electric pava that did not exist in the apartment, I send us a new one!!! Very happy with the attention and predisposition he always had.

Everything impeccable from checkin to checkout. The clean apartment, had absolutely everything the agent needed, very pleasant space. The place provides an incredible experience of the sea, as well as a swimming pool and children's area which made my trip easier with my daughter. The owner is extremely polite, at all times available in case of doubt.
