The Stephany house is very good, well maintained, wide and airy, a large yard with grass and well clean. The location of the house is great, very close to the beach. I didn't meet Stephany in person, but her father was always available if we needed it. We love the place and we will definitely be back again.

The house is great! Almost a private paradise. Although simple, it is very well equipped, has a huge and incredibly well-kept garden and the best possible location. The great luxury is spending the day in contact with the sea and nature. We loved it and will certainly be back.

Luis is very requested with us, we went to family with my mother and her caregiver. The extremely familiar to house setting with all amenities. We felt at home. The swimming pool was the plus for us with children and elderly, we stayed a lot in the house taking advantage of each amenity. We will return as soon as possible because it was great for everyone. Before booking we checked the comments, most of them mentioned the host's attention, which we experienced during the stay. There was a problem with the washing machine, she proposed to pay for the cost of an external laundry service, which she did without any problems. Beyond that mishap, the kitchen was complete with all the utensils, and the bedding was impeccable. Parking is suitable for an SUV. Well located for access to the beach, the place is quiet, we will definitely return if available. I used the computer desk a lot, as well as the wifi for the work I needed during the stay.

Space answered what we needed. Matheus was super attentive,we asked him for an electric kettle and he went behind,I thought it was very kind of him. My family and I were happy with everything.

We felt very comfortable in Maristela's place. I had everything and so much more than expected. They were very helpful. We asked for some extra things for our baby and he took care of resolving it. We plan to come back and recommend to the community without hesitation. Everything was perfect.

Exceeded expectations regarding what we saw from photos. We were only 2. The place is for 4 people very comfortable.

The house is spectacular, it is spacious and is very well equipped, more than we expected, in crockery, furnishings, comfort, kitchen utensils and appliances, nothing is missing. The access to the beach from the patio, the gallery with the grill looking at the sea is the best. Perhaps a point to improve is the garage space. We went in two cars and you have to do a lot of maneuvers to park them. Near the house there are supermarkets, kiosks, restaurants and beach bars and about 5 minutes away are the hypermarkets. A beautiful beach house experience that the entire group that traveled lived for the first time. Highly recommended.

This house is beautiful! The decoration is a spectacle, the cleanliness and organization are a 10, its location is perfect in front of the beach and 10 minutes on foot from Praia das Cordas! The stay was perfect! Jully is very solicitous, answered all questions very quickly. We receive indications of places to eat and visit. The house is exactly like in the pictures, very clean and organized and the location is excellent - it really is foot in the sand. We stayed with 5 children of varying ages (from 0 to 11 years) and all had a lot of fun. It is also a great place for adults to relax.
