Apartment holiday rentals in Prospect Park

Bobby’s place was great for my birthday weekend!! It felt right at home and more ❤️ The only thing I can complain about is that there are barley corner stores lol but that has nothing to do with how great of a host Bobby was, thank you! I hope to come visit again 🙂

If I could give 11/10 I would! Sal was simply the best host you could ask for! Incredibly responsive, full of great advice and very hospitable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thanks so much Sal. If we are ever blessed enough to return, we will be back!

Aankomen in de accomodatie na een lange vlucht voelde als thuiskomen. Gezellige studio met alles wat je nodig hebt en meer. Het extra bedje was ook opgemaakt voor onze zoon. Er was koffie, thee, zeep, shampoo, conditioner, kamerjassen, oordopjes, oorstokjes, enz. Veel extra´s dus, zeer leuk en je hoeft dit dus niet meer mee te zeulen in je bagage. De buurt was ´s nachts erg rustig en toch ben je dichtbij Manhattan. Op 14 minuten sta je in de Path terminal die je in 20 minuten naar hartje Manhattan brengt. De eerste nacht hadden we last van een tikkend geluid, dit bleek de verwarming te zijn. Die zet je dus best af. Ons verblijf verliep voor de rest perfect. Dianna reageert ook snel bij vragen. De perfecte host!

Nuestra estadía en el apartamento de mignon fue excelente en todo ámbito! Para empezar, el departamento es hermoso, limpio y espacioso, la ubicación es muy buena, barrio tranquilo y transporte público que te lleva a Manhattan directo. Mignon es muy cordial, respetuosa y preocupada por sus huéspedes, estando siempre a disposición cuando uno la necesita. Estoy muy feliz de haber podido disfrutar gracias a lo cómoda que me sentí en este lugar. Si vuelvo a esta ciudad, sin duda contactaría nuevamente a esta excelente anfitriona.

Self-check-in with code received via the app, so unfortunately I never met Dina. Unit was absolutely immaculate, with plenty of clean towels and linens, coffee, tea, and video games! There were also several TV networks/apps available. In addition, there is a nice walking trail in the nearby park, only two doors down at the dead-end of this block. Great location near parks and thriving downtown with pubs and restaurants!

Its not uncommon to stay at an Airbnb that looks great in the pictures and falls short of expectations in reality. That was not the case here at all. The place was larger than I expected and was fantastic. It was easy to walk to town and the location was extremely quiet and peaceful.

126路车从Port Authority Bus Station来回单程十多分钟（等一趟大概十分钟左右，我们早上6点到晚上10点坐都是这个频率），这个车站算在中城，离第五大道时代广场很近，而他家的站台在第十街下车（看到Peper&Parlor商店就下），走路3分钟就能到（拐角有一个小超市很方便买点零食），总之地理位置相当不错。房子地板太老了，每天都要轻轻走否则声音会很大，厨房有你想要的几乎所有工具，餐巾纸也很足，微波炉冰箱烤箱烤面包机锅碗瓢盆咖啡机啥都有，进房子就有一股好闻的香薰味，有非常可爱的手工皂也有各种导游小册子还有特别多的小细节可以自己去找（拍片特别好看），有两个储物空间可以在里面找到被子，洗澡水很舒服就是水的力道稍微有点软绵绵，没有梳子牙刷牙膏，其他的问题房东都会迅速告诉你解决方式或者帮你解决（沟通顺畅回复的很快，房东会说中文）。房东是光脚走路在房子里的（说明了一些干净程度），床品有污渍（大概是洗不干净的那种），如果不是洁癖（我妈会用酒精重新抹一遍的那种），基本会感觉很干净。4月中旬依旧很冷，太阳早上有的时候很暖和，窗子可以抬上去用纱窗通风，有一个做的仿真暖炉吹热风很有氛围也很实用，客厅的那个空调感觉只能吹冷风（或者我不会用），小房间有一个暖气片也不知道怎么开。从下公交就看到整个街区很安静安全而且很整齐美丽，离海边公园（眺望曼哈顿）走10分钟不到，下车点有餐厅商店一条街和各种超市，麦当劳也步行10分钟左右也有，房东非常友善好客，离开就会不舍得。（房子布置太漂亮了，好奇宝宝和爱拍照的宝子们会很喜欢的）。

The place was just perfect for a short get-away from the city. Walkable to the beach. You can even see the ocean. Walkable to a good coffee shop, and restaurants. The kitchen has basics, so we could make breakfast. The family upstairs is definitely loud, and I don't think there's much insolation, because you can see the washing machine running, and people showering. Also when it's windy the whole house squeaks. But a couple of earplugs solved that, and the proximity to the beach more than makes up for it. The hosts are also very friendly and responsive!

That was a nice and clean experience. Wish I had more time to stay. The sweet little notes all around the house got me 😀 See you again

This locations was central and easy to find. Street parking was great, there was many spots and I had no issues. Safe and quiet neighborhood. I came for a short weekend stay and I had no issues, would recommend for a quiet get away. I didn't stay in the airbnb much, as I was busy with other activities and came late. But I did feel safe there. It is downstairs with someone living above but I had no issue. The accommodation inside were great; tea, coffee, sugar, etc. I would definitely stay again, especially because of the peach of mind with parking and safety.

We had an amazing stay for our first ever trip to New York. Nestor was helpful with any queries we had and pointed us in the right direction for using the public transport into New York. I would highly recommend staying in New Jersey as the bus links were fantastic for getting in and out of the city and to and from the airport. The apartment itself was perfect for our small family and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Once again, a big thank you to Nestor for hosting us.

Everything was very nice, well equipped, Mina was very helpful and responsive.

This is an absolute gem for a stay in NYC. Very close to the Apollo Theatre (unfortunately, our schedule did not align with their „Beginner‘s Night“) and the subway, you‘re met by a kind and helpful host in Milton. Also, the place is incredibly quiet, making for very relaxing nights. Thanks again

Very welcoming! This place gives home away from home, and is located super close to the beach. The host is absolutely amazing, and accommodating. His communication skills are top tier! I recommend this place, and I will definitely book again if available.

Very cozy and well set up basement apartment! Hospitable host, nice hot showers, parking in the area, and a backyard for my dog was all great!

This felt like you were just at home. Between the amazing host and their hospitality from beginning to end you would think you’re just visiting your aunt and cousins! Everyone was very pleasant and the house was the most beautify thing I’ve ever seen. I would absolutely recommend anyone who wants luxury in Brooklyn to stay here!

The house was really good and we were a large group who enjoyed our time there. We had some missing toiletries and kitchen items but Ed was very responsive to get it sorted for us.

This place was fantastic! So beautiful, so organized, so stress-free! Shaquannah was so helpful and responded very quickly. I will be coming back!

Erica and John are outstanding, sophisticatedly pleasant and thoughtful hosts. In a zany city, the private apartment was a perfect and welcome quiet oasis. In fact, this AirBNB experience very effectively propped up an otherwise high intensity subspecialty mission at St John’s Episcopal Hospital, only 7 minutes away by car. Furthermore, the experience was so good, that the next subspecialist just opted in for the next couple of months. The bed and sheets are very comfortable; the kitchen has a state of the art coffee machine, brand new fridge/freezer, microwave, etc. Water and shower were hot. Air flow and temp adjustable from a modern digital thermostat Air outside was fresh (not far from the beach). Also very walkable 5 minutes to the A Train to Manhattan. Parking on the street - I always had a spot. I never needed anything the 16 days that I was there. Nothing beats the graciousness of the hosts! The neighbors are also very nice. Forget a hotel… this is really better
