Holiday rentals with a balcony in Province of Arezzo

Staying at the Villa was a dream come true. The setting was gorgeous. The grounds were well maintained, gracious and comfortable. The house was clean and neat, but with lots of personality. All of the beds were comfortable. There was space for eating, sleeping, relaxing, talking with friends. Everything needed and more! The second building, with the large group eating space was especially beautiful and we even had weather that allowed us to use the big fireplace. The large room with a ping pong table was a big hit as well! Our contact was so kind and responsive. We had a couple of questions across the week and she replied right away with answers or came over to show us what we needed. It is nerve racking to invite a large number of guests to a place you have never seen before - - but the Villa was everything we hoped for, and more! We hope we will have a chance to go back.

Luigi and Laura were the perfect host. The vegetables from Laura's family were very welcome. We also loved the dinner they cooked for us. We felt like part of the family. The villa was absolutely amazing. Stunning location, the pool was out of this world. We loved it so much we have already booked for next year!

We had a great stay with friends and family! The house is big, the garden is superb (and large!) and the swimming pool was big and safe. The owners were also very reactive to our requests, and the chef option is highly recommended for at least part of the stay! Thanks again, and see you again soon.

Home was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Wish we’d had more friends or family to enjoy all the space. And, to stay longer! It is remote, but so worth it!

The stay was amazing, the Host Luciano was very nice and forthcoming about any inquiry we had. I can recommend the place to anybody who wants to have a nice, chill time in the hills of central Tuscany.

It was an absolute delight to stay at this gem of a property. We booked for 10 days and had a chance to enjoy and explore the surrounding areas. The house is spotless, comfortable, spacious, and fully equipped with modern appliances. So it has exceeded our expectations and would love to book it again in the future. Our host Alberto, is welcoming and very friendly, making the process of checking in and out quite seamless. My overall impression is 10/10.

Our stay was very nice! the property is super beautiful, well maintained and large. Our apartment had all the essentials you need. We felt very comfortable and would recommend it to everyone!

Angela’s place was great in terms of convenience and it being a quiet spot that makes you feel like you are staying in a neighborhood. Since the hosts are a business and we arrived on a holiday, we had self check in, but Angela did a good job of giving detailed instructions on how to find the apartment. Google maps helped us find the street. It was great to have free parking just a short walk’s distance from the apt. Also, many fabulous restaurants and cafes within walking distance. The apt was clean, comfortable and as described. The bathroom fixtures are beautiful ( think HGTV ) but not very practical i.e. hard not to get water on the floor. Very nice to have a small balcony. We stayed for two weeks and were very comfortable.

What a wonderful experience! The description of the home was excelled by the reality. It was very clean and tastefully decorated — Anna has an eye for design and art. the three bedrooms easily accommodated us. The large patio with its charming table and vine screened roof was a charming place to enjoy our morning cappuccino. the home is situated in a agricultural community built in 1788, situated in extensive vineyards. The buildings have been thoroughly renovated into a series of private homes. The community contained renters like us, but also young communities and older retirees. We had a chance to get to know people in the neighborhood, who were uniformly friendly. the AirBnB is about 25 minutes away from Arezzo by car. The best place to park we found was in the short term parking at the train station. From there it was just a short walk to the Old Town. Anna was a wonderful and charming host. We recommend this property highly!
