Townhome holiday rentals in Ramersdorf-Perlach

I stayed at Barbara and Rudi for 5 months, and they were wonderful hosts. They were very respectful towards me and remarkably kept my privacy. Barbara is very thoughtful and kind. She made me feel welcome and helped me with every request. The only downside about the studio apartment is the lack of a sink in the kitchen. Nevertheless, Barabra was happy to wash the dishes for me. It is very recommended if you're looking for a pleasant home in Erding

Christel ist eine nette und unkomplizierte Gastgeberin. Ich habe mich bei meinem Kurzaufenthalt in München sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist verkehrstechnisch super - mit U-Bahn wie mit PKW.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis pour notre court séjour à Munich. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et soucieux du bien-être de leurs hôtes. Le logement est facile d'accès, agréable et impeccable. Je recommande vivement !

Es war für uns der beste Aufenthalt, den wir bisher über Airbnb hatten. Carol ist sehr nett. Ihre Tochter Petra wohnt direkt nebenan und ist die Nachbarin, die sich jeder wünscht. Wir hatten direkten Zugang zur Amper und könnten dort im Fluss schwimmen. Wir wurden mit aktuellen Infos versorgt (Was ist Wo los?). Petra und ihr Mann sind so freundliche Menschen! Es war toll!

Die Unterkunft war super für eine Freundesgruppe die einen Städtetrip nach München plant. Wir haben unser Erasmus Reunion dort sehr genießen können. Gerd war sehr freundlich und die Planung lief reibungslos. Danke für die schöne Unterkunft :)

Nicola and Albert were wonderful hosts - very accommodating and wonderful to deal with. Great location for our visit to IFAT.

Die Unterkunft ist im Untergeschoss eines Reihenhäuser mit schönem Garten. Das Zimmer ist geräumig für 1 Person und das eigene Bad ebenfalls. Christian ist ein unkomplizierter und zuverlässiger Gastgeber. Die Lage ist für einen Aufenthalt in München super!

Casa bellissima, pulita e confortevole. Tutto ciò di cui avevo bisogno c'era. Camere ampie con letti molto comodi. Tutto bellissimo e proprietari carinissimi: mi hanno lasciato le birre tipiche. Consigliatissimo

Dorsaf and her family were great! Very friendly and responsive if you needed anything. The flexible check in and out was great for us! The home is clean and comfortable and sharing with them was no problem. We had our privacy on the bottom floor and access to our own bathroom. Easy public transportation into center of Munich and a quiet neighborhood to return to in 15 minutes on the S8. Our two night stay was too short. There is a lot to see and do in the area. Munich’s English Garden is lovely- great place for walking and biking. And the beer gardens are everywhere😀

Die Vermieterin war stets freundlich und zuvorkommend ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Sie betreut Ihre Gäste mit viel Freude und Leidenschaft. Die Beschreibung des Zimmers trifft voll zu. Alles war sauber, Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren vorhanden. Meckern auf hohem Niveau ist hier gar nicht nötig, es ist ein tolles Zimmer für ein paar Ruhige Tage in München, etwas abseits des Troubels.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Unterkunft befindet sich in sehr zentraler, aber trotzdem ruhiger Lage in Erding und die Therme ist super zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit Thomas lief einwandfrei. Gerne wieder.

Ursula and Klaus are wonderful hosts. They were incredibly accommodating with regards to the ever-changing, nebulous schedule I presented them with (I really do apologize, sorry). Parking was a bit tricky, but I was given clear instructions and ultimately had no issues, Ursula and Klaus will definitely make sure you're able to find a spot :) What you see in the booking details give a good idea of what it is like in person. It was quite a valuable find! It is a very nice area with a bike path nearby that I walked along a few times, also very nice.

Manuela war sehr nett, freundlich und entgegenkommend. Sie hat es sogar ermöglicht, dass wir vor der eigentlichen Check-In-Zeit in die Unterkunft konnten. Die Unterkunft selbst ist angenehm ruhig gelegen und das Fenster des Zimmers ist in Richtung Garten. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut und das Airbnb definitv empfehlenswert!

Ich hatte einen super Aufenthalt. Andrea ist eine tolle Gastgeberin! Das Zimmer ist schön eingerichtet und ruhig. Es war alles super sauber und in top Zustand :)

Ev sahibi ile birlikte kalmak normalde tercih edeceğim bir şey değil ama misafir yorumlarına güvenerek kalmayı tercih ettim. Mükemmel bir tercih yapmışız. Eşim ve oğlumla birlikte Sebastian'a misafir olduk. Süper bir ev sahibi. Çok sıcak bir karşılamadan sonra Sebastian'ı evde çok sık görmedik ama ihtiyacımız olduğu zaman yanımızdaydı. Ev çok huzurlu ve ihtiyacınız olan her şey fazlasıyla var. Her şey temiz ve düzenli. Evin konumu çok çok iyi markete ve restorantlara çok yakın. Tren istasyonuna iki dakika yürüme mesafesinde. Tren istasyonunundan Münihin istediğiniz yerine kolaylıkla ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Bir daha Münihe gittiğimizde kalmak isteyeceğimiz tek yer. Hem ev sahibi hem de evin konforu beklediğimin ötesindeydi.

Diese wunderbare Unterkunft mit Wohlfühlcharakter ist ein Traum: herrlich idyllisch und ruhig gelegen, ein zauberhaftes Zimmer, generell alles sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und extrem sauber (Zimmer, Bad, Küche etc.). Und Romana ist eine freundliche und überaus herzliche Gastgeberin. Sehr, sehr gerne komme ich wieder!

The place, a townhouse, situated in a quiet and peaceful suburb of Munich, a little way out from the city centre but with good access to a local underground station, the tram/bus system and nearby shops. Homely feel to the place as it is the owner's main residence (from which he absents himself during the letting out period). Terry, the friendly proprietor, was quick to answer questions and was there to greet us for a friendly chat and help with orientating ourselves around Munich (we were there for Oktoberfest 2024)

Sebastian 77 Het was een prima verblijf net buiten Munchen. Een leuk en schoon appartement, perfect voor een klein gezin. In de buurt is er van alles te vinden. Supermarkt, resaurants, recreatie, etc. Tot de volgende keer.
