Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Poiana Brașov, très bonne communication, nous avons été très bien accueillis, l'appartement est très propre. Nous reviendrons.

Adrian and his wife were excellent hosts. I stayed there three weeks. It was always peaceful. When I was out the apartment was cleaned and stocked. Never knew they were there except when we met by chance in the courtyard or on the street. Very helpful when needed and always friendly.

very comfortable apartment, the kitchen is fully equipped , we felt like at home. recommend it. Oana is great host , fells from the apartment. we will come back in spring.

Raport calitate/pret excelent. Locatia situata intr-un cartier linistit, la doar 10 min de mers cu masina, de Piata Sfatului. Loc de parcare, privat, amenajat si delimitata, vizibil de la balconul apartamentului.

Am fost foarte impresionati de apartament si de gazduire! Totul este la superlativ si se simte pe deplin implicarea domnului Iorga si interesul acordat pentru a asigura confortul chiriasilor. Apartamentul este integral accesorizat si foarte curat. Noi vom reveni categoric cu placere! :-)

The place was nice and clean! We had everything we nedeed. We didn’t have cable or internet but we knew before and we brought our laptopts and it was ok. We had a good time! Thank you, Iuliana! :)

Apartamento nuevo, limpia y con todo lo necesario, daba gusto estar ahí aunque la zona estuviese en obras, las vistas eran preciosas

Recomand, comunicare foarte buna cu gazda, curat si pret bun.

Had a lovely stay at this place, with a great view of the montains. The place is very quiet, private, comfortable and well equipped. Very good and clear communication with the owners. Would book again!

Beautiful unit in a great location for a family ski trip - regular shuttle bus picks up at the complex and drops off in town and at the ski lift. Owner is very responsive.

Recomand ! E drăguț ! E simplu . E facil . Totul e la îndemâna . Pe pârtie ? Va recomand sa lăsați mașina in parcare și sa folosiți Uber . E 10 lei pana in buza pârtiei ! Aveți și transport in comun din 30 in 30 min , stația exact cum ieși din bloc . E un complex drăguț !

המקום מקסים, ענק ומזמין היינו למעלה משבוע עם הילדים היה מושלם! בעל הבית השתדל מאד שנהיה מרוצים מתאים מאד למשפחות יהודיות דתיות שומרי תו"מ כולל שהייה בשבת מצב התחזוקה של נורות , מפתחות לדלתות וכו' טעון שיפור ובכל זאת הייתי חוזר למקום.

Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended! We had an amazing stay at Toma’s place! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to ski resort and spa. And have a amazing view. Toma was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure everything was perfect throughout our stay. The check-in process was smooth. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Great stay. Host is nice and very responsive. Apartment exactly as on pics, good location, close to main area , and forest behind bld, clean, cozy and comfortable. 😊

Totul a fost foarte frumos, recomand cu drag si sigur voi reveni🫶🏻

A fost totul excelent, exact ca in poze, spatios, frumos, totul foarte curat, foarte bine utilat ai absolut toate ustensilele, insa o sa punctez ca nu am avut sampon/gel de dus asa cum este specificat, nici sapun de maini, dar nu ne a deranjat foarte tare, canapeaua extensibila este imensa pot dormi 2-3 persoane lejer. Locatia este putin mai departe de partie si de centrul Poianei, dar la doar 1 km de cazare exista o parcare mare si foarte ieftina unde noi ne am lasat masina, si de unde vine un autobuz foarte des cu care mergi nici 10 minute pana la partie sau centru. Gazda a raspuns foarte rapid la mesaje, per total am fost foarte multumiti si placut incantati, mai ales pentru pretul super pe care l am platit. Vom reveni cu siguranta cu drag, multumim!

We’d adjusted our stay by one day, which caught Bogdon off-guard but after a bit of anxiety, fortunately the check-in worked out ok. The apartment is very comfortable, is as advertised, and a 5-min walk from at least two supermarkets. Full-size fridge and all the necessary kitchen supplies allowed us to cook in if we chose. Although there were bus stops close by and Ubers were easily gotten, having a car is very useful if you’re staying in this part of town and the parking spot was an absolute must-have. WiFi was a bit finicky; AC worked well and was needed; We did not use the hot tub but it looked wonderful. Overall, our three night stay was good. I were to return to Brasov as a tourist, however, I would spend a bit more time researching the hotels in the city’s center as they might be more cost-effective.
