Translating your listing into other languages
Guests come from every corner of every continent, using Airbnb in over 60 languages. Adding your listing description in one or more languages makes it easier for people from different countries or who speak different languages to find and book your place.
Get your place noticed by potential guests
Once you add a language, you can write details in that language for your listing. For anything else, guests will be shown automatic translations.
You can also change the language for your Airbnb account if you want.
Write listing descriptions in additional languages
Add a language on desktop
- Click Listings and select the listing you want to edit
- Under Listing editor, click Edit preferences
- Click Languages and then click Add a language
- Select the languages you want to add and click Save
- Go back to Listing editor, tap Description and then tap Listing description
- Add your additional language description and tap Save
