Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Rosario Islands

Monica’s place is GORGEOUS and very clean. She was responsive and extremely friendly. The house is surrounded by restaurants, bars, and the party atmosphere of Getsemaní, but is somehow still quiet. There is occasional street noise from people passing by outside, but it isn’t constant. We felt incredibly safe in the area. The rooms have cold AC, but the interior of the house is open, so it does get warm in the courtyard. There are tight spiral staircases that would make it very difficult to bring large suitcases upstairs to the bedrooms, and may also pose issues for anyone with mobility issues. This was my first trip to Colombia, but I’ll definitely be back and wouldn’t want to stay anywhere but at Monica’s. The house really felt like “home” during my 10-day stay!

La casa queda en una calle tranquila, cerca de área amurallada y mucho para caminar. Calles muy pintorescas. Habitaciones en primer y segundo piso. Jacuzzi rico en azotea. Paola siempre dispuesta a ayudar en todo.

Salim’s place was perfect to spend a few days with friends! He was very responsive and flexible with our requests.

Perfect location for a place in Cartagena fellas, walkable to absolutely everything, busy enough street to walk back even at the end of a night. Lots of restaurants right on the same street if you don’t want to go far. The security/helper guy lives in the place but in a separate room right at the entrance, he can help with anything you need, he even ran out to grab us a bottle of drink when we ran short. 3 of the bedrooms have private bathrooms but the 4th would have to use a common area shower and toilet. Perfect for 3 people, it would definitely work for 4 but that guy would have the short straw deal. AC in the rooms was brilliant, pool was nice, everything was kept clean.

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Encanto. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful and we all worked out the language barrier. We felt comfortable and safe, especially having Oscar there as our doorman. The host was responsive to our messages in a timely matter. The Colombian food that was prepared for us was excellent! The whole house gave us a Colombian experience we will all remember. Thank you!

The perfect location in the heart of the walled city. We thoroughly enjoyed our four nights in the walled city with the safety and ease of popping in and out of the Airbnb. Despite the bustle on the streets, inside you don’t hear the outside noises and are able to escape the chaos particularly with the rooftop pool and lounge area. Equipped with anything you could need and provided with any assistance you could want (at rapid pace) we wouldn’t hesitate to book again and would highly recommend it.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The location is perfect—within walking distance of everything and close to most attractions. The host communicated exceptionally well, making the experience even smoother. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone visiting Cartagena, Colombia. The only minor downside was that the hot water was more "warm" and a bit tricky to keep running in the shower. However, the friendly cleaning lady and the nighttime bodyguard were fantastic additions, adding to the sense of comfort and security. The home itself is stunning, with breathtaking views and plenty of opportunities for great photos. Thanks for making this birthday trip unforgettable

Spotless, comfortable apartment in Bocagrande. Great balcony and a spectacular ocean view. A spacious and pleasant pool area. Communication with Sebastian was excellent and very quick. Only positives.

A beautiful apartment nestled in the heart of Old City Cartagena. Quiet street next to all the action. The romantic rooftop and pool can't be beat. A true gem in Cartagena!

This is our second time renting from Julian in this buidling. We came back in part for the great location in the old city. San Diego square is 1/2 block away, and grocery store and ATMs are also close. You are away from the noisier and more crowded centro. Lots nearby. The apartment is very nicely and tastefully furnished and each bedroom has its own en suite. You have a very sweet small lap pool on the roof which we always had to ourselves for quick dips in the morning or afternoon. Beds were great, very nice linens and-products provided. Tons of storage, especially in well-equipped kitchen. Only small negatives were: 1. this is the furthest back unit in the complex so its a bit of a hike to and from entrance, but a pleasant way to get in your steps. 2. The interior does not receive tons of sunlight so is a bit dim (especially compared to host's other unit in this building) and the back patio is part of a shared garden space, so not completely private. Overall, a great find!

Increíble estancia en Cartagena. El apartamento estaba impecable, bien ubicado, tranquilo y con una vista al mar espectacular. La anfitriona fue muy atenta, amable y muy servicial. Totalmente recomendado

El alojamiento fue tal cual las imágenes, con aire acondicionado en cada dormitorio que es muy importante. Ella siempre atenta y respondía cualquier duda que tuviéramos e incluso nos dio recomendaciones de lugares donde comer

Este es el mejor alojamiento que he tenido por medio de esta plataforma. Todo lo publicado es tal cual como lo que recibimos. Recomendado al 1000%. La distribución del apartamento, totalmente limpio, bien cómodo, buena decoración, un balcón con una vista super espectacular. Mi familia y yo la pasamos super genial y seguro regresaremos.

The place was great. Looked just like the pictures. Andre was very responsive and flexible with check-in. I had a great experience and it was sooo peaceful. No one bothered us at all. Pool was almost always empty/just for us. 10/10 recommend.

muy buen alojamiento, es lo que esperabamos, muy limpio, muy bonito. las instalaciones preciosas y con salida directa al mar de manzanillo. cuenta con posibilidad de reserva de kioscos con sillas en la playa y de otros servicios. solo recomiendo tener un poco mas organizadas las sabanas del sofacama ya que se encontraban un poquito desorganizadas, de resto maravilloso, la cocina con todo lo que necesitas. muchas gracias por las indicaciones y todo el apoyo.

This secure apartment had a beautiful view of the entire coast of Cartagena. Tom and Paola were extremely helpful with suggestions and advice. One can walk around the corner for bars and restaurants. El Centro is only a ten minute taxi ride. I would highly recommend this apartment and would definitely stay there again should I return!

Rocco is a fantastic host! We stayed in the unit for one month and the kitchen facilities were excellent, the bed was comfortable and the laundry facilities convenient. We loved the pool and the hot tub. The building is close to restaurants and groceries. All in all: fantastic!

Durante mi estadía en Cartagena todo fue excelente! El apartamento es muy céntrico, seguro y sobretodo cuenta con espacios agradables. Se puede hacer uso del coworking, jacuzzi, piscina, etc. Asimismo en el primer nivel se encuentra el supermercado, el cual fue de gran utilidad para hacer mis compras diarias. Me pude movilizar rápidamente a los bares y restaurantes en Bocagrande, así como hacer los tours desde el muelle de la bodeguita. También está cerca a Getsemaní y el centro histórico. El apartamento tiene una vista espectacular hacia la bahía y también cuenta con todo lo necesario, Orlando por su parte siempre estuvo atento a todo. Volvería a elegir este lugar a mi regreso a Cartagena.
