Holiday rentals in Isla Verde

It was my first time in San Juan & I absolutely LOVE this property! It was beautiful & matched the photos! Spotless clean upon arrival. Instructions were clear & posted throughout the house. I did have an issue with the private gate but Calix was able to come out in no time! Only downfall about the property is the location. It’s about 20-30 mins away from main attractions but very much still worth the stay! I would definitely book again if I want be farther out just for relaxation but wouldn’t book if im coming just for tourist purposes.

We stayed four weeks and couldn’t have picked a better house. Comfortable and spacious, had everything we needed, even bug spray and sunblock. We loved the area, it’s a middle class working neighborhood with tons of restaurants and stores within walking distance. Everyone was friendly and we felt very safe. The host was very attentive and responsive, told us about the wonderful regional festival going on right by the house. We visited some of the more well known beaches like Escambron, but the beaches right by the house were amazing and super convenient too (Punta Salinas [park to the right as soon as able to and walk along to the right to the most magical spot reminiscent to Blue Lagoon], Isla De Cabras [otw, stop by the funky two-story house and have a pina colada with Lee]). We enjoyed the outside a lot, swam laps in the pool and fished (poles and equipment provided at the house). Recommend visiting Charco Azul and sampling the amazing pork along Ruta del Lechon. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Jenny's home. The home is conveniently located just a short drive from the San Juan airport. The pool was a highlight of our trip for the kids and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. We did encounter a minor maintenance issue during our stay, but it was handled promptly. Jenny was incredibly responsive and addressed it immediately, ensuring it didn't disrupt our experience. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals, from pots and pans to cooking utensils. It made dining in so convenient when we wanted a quiet night at home. During our stay, we visited Old San Juan, El Yunique and luquillo beach. Overall the home is a great spot for a relaxing get away for our group of three families with four kids.

Carol is just the absolute, hands down best host on air bnb right now. We chose her place for my bachelorette party and had an awesome time. She was extremely helpful and communicative. She helped us organize rides to everything we needed, gave us all the direction we needed to find food and activities, and was just incredible responsive and helpful the whole trip. Plus, she made little goodie bags for all the bridesmaids and the bride and decorated the apartment for us before we even showed up! I have never had a host like Carol!

Luis and Jessica’s cabin was such a wonderful oasis away from busy San Juan! We loved it! Luis also provided so many great recommendations!

This Airbnb was more than just a place to stay; it was a sanctuary that enhanced my Puerto Rican vacation. I left feeling rejuvenated, inspired, and eager to return. As well seasoned senior travelers, we can state without exaggeration that Ivelisse epitomizes the best qualities and characteristics of a super host. She went beyond what was expected to make us comfortable. We loved the pool and gym. Her local advice was superb as well. We will return for sure!

This AirBnB was an absolute gem! It had everything we could have needed and more. So clean and it smelled amazing. Wish we would have found this place before we rented our previous one but we now know for next time. We had one issue with the lock pad the day after we arrived and the host was extremely responsive and sent someone over to fix it in less than 20 minutes. It helped because it did not stop our plans since we had an itinerary set up. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here. The area is extremely calm and quiet so the peace remains when you want to wind down from a long day. The hot water was super great for my fiancé, as I’m more of a cooler shower girly when on an island, the air conditioner worked beyond great and on the plus side, they provided a fan!!!! I sleep with both on. You would enjoy this place for sure.
