Holiday rentals in Nice

Milly was super friendly, always available, many helpful tips for excursions in the area, nice and friendly in contact, a perfect hostess. The apartment is very individual and nicely decorated, the kitchen is well equipped, basics in kitchen and bathroom available and there was wine and ice to welcome us - very attentive! The pool is great, refreshing after a day of excursions, enough loungers even if the house is fully occupied.

Certainly one the the best Airbnb experience I had ! The place is very well decorated, all the amenities possible are available. It is very clean and confortable, the heating bed is a must. Lard is very welcoming and Ponzi the little dog super cute. You’ll also find rabbits hidden somewhere :)

Very good stay at Manon's. The apartment is as described. The residence has many assets: beautiful impeccable swimming pool, playground, tennis, mini golf It's missing a coffee table in the studio, the bedside lamps for the upstairs beds in the entrance don't work and it's missing a few small details (clothes peg for example) but nothing very serious The neighbors around the studio (with kids in particular) were a little noisy every day… Directions for lockbox and location were clear We recommend this experience.

We stayed for 10 days with two families including 4 young children and had a great time! There was enough room for the kids to play, the terrace could also be used to play and access to the pool was only possible when an adult helped. Speaking of the pool, we were pondering before we booked regarding general child safety, but were so glad we had a pool our entire stay. We used it basically everyday and the kids loved it. Sylvain was always helpful and available when we had a question. We would definitely recommend him as a host and the house and would book it again :)

What can we say! Our time in Antibes was incredible and a lot of this had to do with Henrik and Gry’s property and kindness. The property is stunning with a gorgeous pool, plenty of chairs and peaceful surroundings. The apartment itself was clean and perfect for two couples. Bright and spacious! The location was about 20 minutes walking to Juan Des Pins (beautiful beaches and beach clubs) and 25 minutes to the old town Antibes (excellent restaurants, history and views) Our host Henrik was incredibly welcoming, it was lovely to get to know him. He was very friendly as he offered recommendations, delivered fresh baguette and even invited our group on his boat. This was an amazing experience for the last day of our trip! We had a blast getting to know him and will definitely keep in touch. Overall a superb Air BnB and experience we will definitely be back! Thank you.

We stayed in this apartment with our 3-year-old son and everything was perfect. The place is superb, very well designed and decorated. Very easy to access from the train station, to go shopping or walk by the sea. Perfect with a child:)

Recommended rental. Very well located, facing the sea. Very well decorated and furnished interior. Nothing is missing. Matches the photos on the site. In addition, the manager who welcomed us is very friendly, very available.

Wonderful visit at the apartment. We stayed for a week. The location was perfect for us. Close to bus and tram stops, grocery and bakery shops — and across the street from the promenade, where we could stroll all the way to Old Nice. Perfect! The view from the apartment was just beautiful morning, noon and night. While the bathroom is bijou, the apartment was spacious, bright and comfortable. Everything we needed was provided. I do have to mention how very comfortable the beds were. That was a welcome bonus after a long day of sight seeing. Our hosts were so pleasant, responsive and accommodating to work with. That made our travel so much easier. I look forward to a return visit where I will book this apartment again. Thank you, Tam and Jennifer. I am happy to recommend.
