Vânia always answered my questions very quickly and her sister, Jack, who welcomed us, is the nicest and most charismatic person I have ever met, an excellent host, a 10, gave us tips on tours, told the story of the city, recommended places to eat and even helped me with the purchase of souvenirs, such as a refrigerator magnet and other souvenirs that I was not finding in the city. The house has a living room with TV, kitchen with cooking utensils that helps those who want to save money, the bedroom has a great and quiet split air-conditioning! Great cost and benefit!

If you are looking for a place with direct contact with nature and distant from the noises of the city, this is the ideal place. Kinan managed to create an extremely comfortable space and keep it intimate with nature. The hut is rustic with subtle touches of comfort, which make the experience cozy. The view to the doke of the trees, from the balcony of the hut, is breathtaking! Both day and night. It is even worth mentioning that if you like to observe the night sky, if you catch a night without clouds you will be graced with a real star ballet! The decoration refers to the native peoples of the upper Rio Negro and is minimalist. Kinan still have some works as books for you to seek knowledge and be distracted from everyday life. The bathroom has a lovely view of the woods and the kitchen is amazing! I love to cook and feel like home! The hut is close to several waterfalls and this makes it all the more interesting. Congratulations, Kinan and family!

The house is exactly as advertised. Mto clean, practical and organized. It has three bedrooms, two suites, large room and all refrigerated spaces. The barbecue area is super practical and organized. There is no network maker in the living room, but it has in the bedrooms and balcony (mto space), it is inside the condominium and has access to the rapier and the Acquapark, a nice mto place, especially for children. In the house there is a garage for several cars, a great dining area, pool, gaming table, smart TV and a wonderful energy. The neighbors are away so if you have mta privacy. My family loved it. Only one note for who is: if you use the outdoor area for meals, it is good to bring a fan.

The host is super requested, indicates places of sightseeing as well as snacks and restaurants. In addition to responding quickly, all checkin and check-out instructions are very accurate. If I get the chance, I'll come back other times.

Great place to stay, especially if you have a large group traveling with you. The only strage thing was the cameras in the common areas like the living room.

We really liked our stay, we were 6 adults and 4 children and both enjoyed it very much, the beds were organized, the bathrooms were clean, the dogs, not to mention, they welcomed us at the gate and when we left they accompanied us again, whenever we left they followed so that we would not be alone, the caretaker next door was very friendly and attentive.

The stay was great, the apê is simple but comfortable. I had no sign at the waterfall and forgot to explain the check in to my in-laws, but Clarissa informed them what it would be like for them. The location is great too.
