Solo como sugerencia, añadir unos cuchillos más grandes, una tabla de picar, detalles así, al igual que algún espejo en las recámaras para las mujeres que necesitan maquillarse o peinarse. El anfitrión muy atento siempre. Un lugar agradable.

My girlfriends and I stayed here for my 40th. It was perfect and all that we wanted- close to ZR but also private and peaceful. Ana was wonderful and every single member of the support staff was warm and friendly. Absolutely recommend!

Súper atenta Ariana y súper amable, aunque no requerí mucho de su ayuda debido a que la casa contaba con todo y en buen estado, siempre estuvo al pendiente, excelente lugar para pasar tus vacaciones o alojarse por cuestiones de trabajo como fue mi caso.

Excelente lugar para pasar unos días en familia, conecta facilísimo con playas de Puerto Vallarta y de Nuevo Vallarta, Bucerías, etc. el precio es muy adecuado, la estancia muy agradable. excelente anfitrión.

We are having a wonderful stay! This was an extra day we added at the beginning or our 6 week stay. Communication is effortless, and the building is beautiful. The apartment offers a lovely view of the mountains, greenery, and even a golf course. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the coffee machine with all the essentials and the generous welcome gift of cheese, meat, and a bottle of wine. The high-quality furnishings and the serene atmosphere made us feel like we were in Europe, not Mexico. Everything was top-notch and spotless. Highly recommended!

Like the other reviews, I agree that it’s a beautiful place on a quiet street (more residential). It’s very close to lots of things to do and any attractions are. Quick 10-20 min uber ride or ~15-30 min walk. Oquitzin was super friendly and made me feel right at home, gave me great recommendations, and promptly answered any questions or requests I had. His home is beautifully designed, impeccable, and had everything I needed. Would love to stay again!

I stayed for six nights while working remotely. The apartment is quiet (for PV) and spacious with surprisingly good lighting. It’s tucked into a peaceful building and served as a good home base. There are some aesthetic flourishes that trade off with usability, but nothing that got in the way of a comfortable stay. I didn’t end up using the building’s amenities, but appreciated having them nearby. Overall, a solid option in a central location.

We had a lovely stay at Leanne and Lawrence’s Airbnb! The rooftop pool was perfect for relaxing and watching the sunset. The apartment’s staff were all so kind and helpful and the common areas were very taken care of! It is also conveniently located by stores and restaurants, and there is always a sporting event taking place at the baseball/track field. The neighborhood was fairly quiet in the evening as well. Thank you so much!

Jorge allowed us to check in early which was HUGE! Claudia met us at check in, was fantastic and explained and showed me everything in person. Location is great. An easy walk to beach and all of romatica. Elevator in the building for easy access to this suite. The only issue with the location was that we couldn't get an uber driver to pick us up from outside the building. We had to walk to the highway (with our luggage). The neighbors staying in the other casas were SO FRIENDLY and even invited us to their happy hours! You can tell they are tight like family. The suite was perfect for us (2 peeps) for 4 nights after our wedding week in Mismaloya. It was nice to recharge and enjoy the view from the patio. Kitchen was well stocked! 10% Discount at Andales! Laundry facility! BONUS! My only complaint was the lack of water pressure in the shower and bathroom tap :( Also, the wifi didn't work inside the room so I used my laptop on the deck in the mornings. We will be back! Thank you!

As a fellow Airbnb host, I have to say Christian’s condo in PV exceeded all expectations. The place was spotless and beautifully designed, with an incredible open window wall that truly took my breath away. The rooftop pool and views are stunning, and the staff were always so friendly and helpful. The location is perfect—an easy walk to tons of activities, great restaurants, and the beach. Fast WiFi, a well-stocked kitchen, laundry—everything you could need for a comfortable stay is here. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

Amira's cabin is a great spot to get away from the daily routine and immerse yourself into the Pueblito way of life. It is comfy and it has the perfect size for 2 people to enjoy being on the countryside.

Ricardo’s place is just a block off the town plaza, which was great for participating in the local festival of San Sebastián! It was also really easy to walk up to a different area of the town, where we discovered some cool places including a coffee roasters with parrots in the back!

¡Excelente lugar en la naturaleza para salir de la rutina! El lugar es tal cual como aparece en las fotos. Las sugerencias, recomendaciones e indicaciones son ajustadas a la realidad. De San Sebastián a la cabaña (Real Alto) se hacen alrededor de 30 min. Sí se necesita vehículo 4x4 para poder dejarlo en la entrada de la propiedad. De la entrada de la propiedad a la cabaña son aprox 200 mts que se tienen que caminar a través de la montaña. La finalidad de este lugar es pasar tiempo relajado y de calidad por lo que es conveniente llevar víveres, ya que no está cómodo ni práctico salir a buscarlos allá. Si se tiene la intención de salir a conocer, lo idóneo es armar un plan o itinierario con las actividades que se pretendan hacer (senderismo, renta de moto, visita mina, mirador cerro La Bufa; todo eso se puede hacer en 1 día) para optimizar el tiempo y despúes disfrutar la cabaña. Totalmente recomendable el restaurante Jardín Nebulosa.

Excelente lugar en medio de la montaña, para mi los 3 factores mas importantes son seguridad, limpieza y cama comoda. La cama king size es definitivamente muy comoda, el cuarto estaba muy limpio y la zona es segura, lamentablemente no hay forma de cerrar la puerta principal con llave, sin embargo la zona es segura. Enfrente del cuarto hay un rio que de arrulla durante la noche para dormir, quizas la cocina es al aire libre lo que al menos en nuestro caso fue un plus ademas de que hay un asador bastante practico. De lo malo es que se puede filtrar facilmente el ruido del cuarto de arriba.

es una cabaña muy agradable muy bonita muy funcional con amenidades suficientes para estar en una Estancia muy cercana a zonas comerciales de restaurante donde puedes abastecerte sin problemas puedes llegar caminando al centro de la plaza las zonas muy tranquila la vista es muy bonita por las noches tiene televisión con cable para poder ver películas agradable aseada y el anfitrión muy detallista le regaló un ramo de flores a mi novia en síntesis muy recomendable
