Serviced apartment holiday rentals in Seminyak Beach

The location is the best thing about this one. Bang in the heart of Seminyak, close to cafes and super accessible via Gojek (easy pick ups and drop offs). The property was super clean too. Staff at the front desk were helpful. Breakfast was average and limited, but no complaints. Some corners (e.g.: corners of clothes rack) had a few cobwebs, apart from that it was super clean. The wash basin in the bedroom area was a tad odd. The sky loft's balcony was awesome. There was no shower from the leafy wall (as shown in pics) though! Would have been perfect if this was priced 10-15% cheaper, but a great stay! Thanks Clio team :)

Everything was perfect and went smoothly right from the check-in. The place itself although located in a busy street was very peaceful and had no outside noise at all. The cleaning and staff were super helpful and lovely. And Soraya was always answering and helping immediately when needed. The pictures matched the reality and the door-to-door laundry service was extremely useful. 10/10 would definitely recommend

The place was good but hard for gojek come to delivery, Agust been so helpfull with medicine and coconut water while I was sick. Thank you sooo much Agust

Eine tolle Unterkunft für sehr wenig Geld. Gastgeber war freundlich und hat schnell geantwortet. Das Zimmer war mit Klimaanlage und TV ausgestattet. Die Dusche gab es nur in lauwarm, aber bei der Wärme kein Problem. Der Pool ist sehr sauber gewesen und auch die anderen Bereiche waren größtenteils rein. Lediglich der Gemeinschaftsbereich war ab und zu von Ameisen besiedelt. Aber dagegen lässt sich als Gastgeber vermutlich nicht all zu viel unternehmen. Die Küche entspricht auch eher indonesischen „Reinheitsgesetzen“, aber immerhin gibt es eine. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Strand sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Wer nicht all zu viel Luxus benötigt, bekommt hier auf jeden Fall eine angenehme und preiswerte Unterkunft!

I booked Angela’s place for a week and ended up extending for another one. The apartment isn’t brand new, but for the price and location just minutes from the beac it’s a great deal. Plus, you get access to the Jayakarta pools, which is a big bonus. We had one small issue during the stay, but Angela responded really quickly and got it sorted out right away. Really appreciated that.

Everything was good. Staff was very kind and caring. Very close to the beach, nice view from the roof! I recommend this apartment for all !

It was perfect for me and my partners needs. The location is great, it’s quiet and super friendly between staff and other co workers. The room is dated but we didn’t have issues I would stay here again. Only thing to note is power not included and it’s estimated at 20k IDR per day.

great location, heart of town. so many great cafes next door and they rented me a scooter to explore for the week. hosts are so nice and helpful, i would stay for months next time.

I spent 32 days at Dona’s place. I arrived a day early, and was able to check in with no issues. The location is easily walkable for shopping, restaurants and the beach. The place was clean and the staff was amazing. I am a solo traveler and always felt safe. I would highly recommend this location.

Amazing staff, really great people. I appreciate each and everyone that works there. Even the food from the Lebanon chef is gold. I would come back just to eat the food again. Thanks for this stay, I’ll visit again. Thank you!

Amazing location and room. Staff and security were excellent and maintained the property very well. Had not 1 but 3 fans in the room! Fantastic way to save electricity or if it gets cold without being stuffy. Plenty of carpark space. Great rooftop pool and gym area! We had such an amazing stay and we’ll be back! Discount for Body Factory was a good deal too :)

My partner and I had a great stay here. The rooftop pool was great, food was delicious including free breakfast, lots to do in the area with restaurants and clubs and the staff are so friendly and welcoming. Cute boutiques for shopping also! The only negatives are the beds are not very comfortable and the hotel is a 45 minute drive from Canggu beach so I wouldn’t recommend if that’s where you’d like to spend a lot of time. But over all the listing is accurate and worth the price. We would stay again. :)

Все было отлично, нас заранее предупредили о дне тишины и о том что аэропорты не будут работать в этот день (как и вся инфраструктура). В сам день тишины нам предложили обед и мы всеми постояльцами отлично провели время вместе. В общем рекомендую

A large hotel, 3 pools, great staff, rooms are cozy and beds are comfortable, located in a great spot on dewi sri, so close to restaurants and bars, small walk to double 6 beach or down into legian. I was very happy with my stay, and would return again

Preis-Leistung super. Fußläufig vom Flughafen erreichbar. Für Leute, die spät abends oder nachts landen eine klare Empfehlung. Zimmer klein, aber sauber. Reception 24h. Wir wollten am nächsten Tag weiterreisen und wurden von einem Mitarbeiter gut unterstützt. Er brachte uns morgens nach seiner Nachtschicht an der Rezeption noch 2h mit seinem Auto zum Hafen für einen guten Preis. Er half uns bei der Buchung der Boote für unsere Reise. Unterstützung war super, danke!

tempat yg nyaman dan bersih untuk keluarga. keluar masuk mudah dan flexible 24 jam. kadang suka ga dapet parkir di depan rumahnya, tapi tersedia garasi di belakang bangunan. sarannya cuma kurangnya penggantian handuk dan hanya tersedia 2 helai

Отличная уютная вилла в самом центре Куты, Если вы хотите уютную спокойную виллу, одновременно в центре тусовок Куты, в 15 минутой удаленности от океана и множества серф школ, то вам именно сюда! Вилла чистая, уютная, аккуратная, в ней есть все, что необходимо для комфортного проживания: душевая, полотенца, кондиционер, плита, посуда, телевизор, высокоскоростной WiFi, и тишина по ночам, хотя тебя отделяют только 5-7 минут ходьбы от тусовочного центра. По другую сторону от виллы в 5-ти минутой шаговой доступности жилая улица, где можно посмотреть как живут местные, купить множество фруктов по прекрасным ценам. Очень рекомендую! Роберт и Крика всегда готовы помочь и посоветовать лучшие места по лучшим ценам. Я третий год подряд выбрала остановиться у Роберта и ни капли не сожалею об этом! Ребята работают качественно, все на высшем уровне.

Daily clean up, staff is very friendly. Location is great! Bathroom is a bit outdated with the shower directed at the toilet 😅, and I missed a bed light. However, good stay and I enjoyed myself!
