While somewhat far from the main attractions of the city, the accomodations are otherwise very agreeable - despite a bit of a language barrier between the host, they were nevertheless very helpful and considerate.

I cannot say enough about the penthouse it was a great stay and a beautiful place but even more so the host Mrs van made our stay extremely beautiful by going out of her way to set up rides for us giving us great recommendations to eat and things to do in the city she even went as far as meeting us before we went to the airport at 3:00 a.m. just to send us off and make sure we get on our ride safely.. I wouldn't stay anywhere else when visiting Hanoi

公寓感覺且寬敞，少有的兩間大型套房和廁所。適合家庭或是朋友一起來居住。 附近有三家超市周邊也有餐廳可以選擇，非常方便。

Location is perfect, easy access. The apartment is spacious and full of natural light. Service is good with security and cleaning service. Host is friendly et proactive.

The host is very good for everything. She so kind and helpful. Everything i need she does it. If you find something she can help you. Thank you for your service and attitude.

Chủ nhà nhiệt tình. Dễ thương. Nhà sạch thoáng. Đồ gì trong nhà cũng xịn xò nhất là đối với bạn nào nghiện đồ bếp và mấy dụng cụ như tụi mình. Chăn mền và ghế sofa thoải mái. Góc với đồ vật trong nhà chỗ nào cũng sống ảo được 😍. Bước chân xuống dưới là mall. Dọc 2 bên đường quán ăn sáng, trưa, tối nào cũng ngon. Mình thấy rất phù hợp với những bạn đi công tác hoặc team đông người. So với các loại căn hộ ở Hà Nội thì mình thấy ở đây là suất sắc nhất. Siêu tiện ích.

일단 벌레가 없어서 너무 좋았어요^^ 방도 넓고 깨끗하고 부엌도 넓고 세탁기로 세탁하고 건조까지 가능해서 너무 좋았고 저한테는 부족한게 하나도 없었어용 위치도 맞은편이 바로 지하쇼핑몰 가는길이고 빈마트도 앞에 있었어요^^ 다음에 다시 또 갈거에요~**

We had a fantastic stay at Huyen’s place in Hanoi! From the start, communication was clear, and check-in was smooth. The instructions were easy to follow, and Huyen was always available if we needed anything. The penthouse itself was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The view from the 27th floor was absolutely stunning! The location was also great, with easy access to everything in Hanoi. We really appreciated the attention to detail and the cozy atmosphere. If you’re looking for a great place to stay in Hanoi, this is it. Thanks again, Huyen—hope to visit again soon!

The apartment is very cozi and comfortable. The host had very specific instructions so I did not find it difficult to check in. I always feel the friendliness and warm welcome from the host. I plan to come back here when I have the opportunity to come to Hanoi. Thanks for everything

Please respond quickly when you need a friendly host I rested well and came back. It's a bit unfortunate that there is no microwave I was a little uncomfortable but generally satisfied. I will visit again next time.

Xuan’s place was beautiful and very spacious. It was close to the mall and it was accessible and easy to find. The hosts were so helpful and communicated clearly all through. They were so kind to help us ship some stuff that were left behind. Only thing to note is the pool and the gym are not free for guests so can plan around paying a daily fee. Otherwise we had the best stay!

If you travel with children or elderly, this property offers you a lot more convenience as you expected. Not just the mall is next to the building, I stayed in C7, the Winmart (supermarket) on the 2nd floor has pretty much everything you need. Otherwise, BigC is just across the road but quite a bit of a walk, and the pedestrian path is not wheel friendly if you are using prams. Thu is really responsive when I ask for help to receive a standard size package sent locally, agreed right away without much hesitation. One small regret was that there wasn't a few more pillows for choice, they are kinda flat so good to offer a few more for stacking especially for those who need higher support. But nonetheless, will recommend if you do not want a noisy, busy stay in the Old quarter.
