Go back in time as you sit in the orangery overlooking the Leas promenade and the English Channel and have a famous cream tea. Keppel's Bar downstairs also serves alcohol and meals.
This hotel is a little run down now but the food and service is still great and the overall feeling of grandeur still remains. I like this place for the feel but some may say it’s too run down for their taste. They often have a love pianist playing in the restaurant which is nice and they do tea dances and various other events. This hotel has lots of interesting history and is situated in one of Folkestone’s finest areas.
