It’s a cozy and clean place. My only concern is the heater, it does not heat consistently its just turned off itself automatically that it may cause the water to be gone from being hot. Other thing is the neighborhood buildings were creepy since they were abandoned and it’s so dark during the night and the road is a bit rough. But overall the place is great.

We had a fantastic stay in Baguio! Ms. Anaflor and Ate Neng were very warm and welcoming, even letting us wait inside when we arrived early. The place was clean, cozy, and well-maintained, and the adorable dogs made the experience even better. Highly recommend for a comfortable and hospitable stay! ❤️💯

This place was exactly what I needed for a staycation. Quiet, comfortable, and perfectly located. The host was very responsive and thoughtful. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Spacious loft unit that can accommodate 4 up to 12 pax as listed. Good for small barkada up to a family of 12. the guest can cook using induction cooktop and rice cooker. electric kettle is also provided. it has a kitchen exhaust but cooking smelly dishes like dried fish is not allowed which is understandable. The hot shower is nice and needed especially for cold climate in Baguio. 10min ride to SM Baguio and Baguio Convention center is fairly accessible. Recommended to other guests!

The place itself was neat and wonderful. our friends and I enjoyed our 2 days stay. Going there is a bit challenging though because of the rough road but overall she is very responsive and caring to us. plus points that she always attend to all our concerns. looking forward to comeback again sometime.

We had a great stay for 2 nights. Place is secured with lots of CCTVs in placed. Kuya Celso was approachable and responsive. He even granted us to check out at a later time. Definitely will stay here again.

The place is accurately advertised, and the host is responsive and helpful. I only wish I had requested a replacement for my bedroom pillows, as they had an unpleasant smell. If you have a larger vehicle, like an SUV, be cautious—the street in front of the place is quite narrow. This is just my personal observation, as I’m not an expert driver. Overall, I’d say it offers good value for the money.
