Our family of five had a fantastic stay at Al’s place from December 28 to January 1. The property was perfect for us—spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed to feel at home. Al was an outstanding host, always responsive and helpful, making our experience even more enjoyable. The location was ideal, offering a great balance of convenience and accessibility. We appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the home, which made our holiday trip even more special. We’ll definitely recommend Al’s place to our family and friends, and we’d love to stay here again in the future. The only small suggestion we have is to add a bidet—it would have made the stay absolutely perfect. Without it, we’d still rate it 4.8/5, but with one, it’s an easy 5 stars :) Thank you, Al, for making our New Year’s getaway so wonderful!

My family stayed for 3d2n , we are 14pax. Our stay was so amazing, the place is clean and spacious. The caretaker was so approachable and easy to contact. The place is very quiet and easy access to PWD/ wheelchair. Near to tourist spots as well. I will definitely recommend it.

For the 3-day stay that my family and I have, Sir Joel and his wife made sure that we have a great stay. The house is huge enough for more than 10 people and true to his words/descriptions, the place is near to a lot of tourist attractions. Overall, a 10/10! Will try to stay at this house again for my family’s annual Baguio trip. Thank you again, Sir Joel! All the best to your business.

Close to everything, clean place.

We had a wonderful time at Ma’am Donna and Sir Eric’s place. They were very kind and generous. We arrived early, and they graciously allowed us to check in ahead of the usual time. They also let us check out late so we could have extra time to rest. The place is a fantastic deal! It’s located inside a subdivision, so safety is not a concern, and the area is monitored with CCTV, making it even more secure. It’s a perfect spot for friends who enjoy walking around, although getting there can be a bit of a challenge due to the steep path. However, if you’re with someone with mobility issues, you can easily grab a taxi to reach the property. Overall, it’s excellent value for money and highly recommended!

We had an amazing stay! The house interior was stunning, spacious, and perfect for our group of four. The place felt like home- peaceful, clean, and fully equipped. We appreciated the water dispenser and free drinking water. The huge sofa was a great spot to relax and enjoy Netflix. We also availed of the surprise package for my boyfriend's birthday, which was well worth the minimal charge. The setup was impressive! Kudos to Sir Keith and especially to their kind caretaker, Kuya Rey. Note that the road to the house is quite steep, so it's best to bring your own vehicle. However, we managed fine without one, as taxis were readily available in the area. Overall, our stay was absolutely worth the price. If we get the chance to return to Baguio, we'll definitely choose to stay here again. Thank you so much! Satisfied guest here :)

The house was nice. Can accommodate a lot of people. Ate Nancy was also very helpful. However, I noticed that some blankets have stains. Other than that, the house was amazing..

The place is recommended for big groups and if you have own car since public transpo is quite difficult. The place is peaceful and very homey with all the available amenities as enumerated. Rye is also very responsive. Will surely book again if to come back in Baguio..
