Holiday rentals in Wangaratta Rural City

Abby and Joe were great hosts very easy to communicate and prompt. We had no issues and the house was amazing and catered for all 9 of us. We were also blessed to wake up to snow falling in Merrijig. Abby also helped with suggestions of hire places for snow gear and equipment. It was very close and convenient to Mt Buller for us to spend a full day out at the snow. Thanks Abby and Joe

I prepared a surprise 60th birthday weekend for my wife. Our two children with their partners + two grandchildren help celebrate. Our stay at Highland Ten - Luxury Rustic Retreat, was an excellent place to fulfill this special celebration. We like to thank Lucas & Joy for their Airbnb, it was well above our expectations and a credit to you both. We give you a 10 out of 10 for everything. We booked for a last minute anniversary getaway and Tessa offered without asking an early check in which was much appreciated as we were able to pop some produce in the fridge before heading to Chrismonts for lunch. The house is a holiday house style home overlooking the King Valley. We loved the peaceful location within 2 kms of Whitfield with a beautiful view.. It was lovely to sit on the balcony for breakfast and stoke up the fire, which was preset for us ,in the evening. We appreciated the cheese platter and local wine as we didn’t feel like a meal after a big lunch. Just a heads up is there is no wifi and very little phone coverage (Vodafone and Optus) which is the same in the entire valley and the telly did not have ABC or SBS so unless you love reality TV bring a good book. 😆 plenty of kitchen equipment, good towels etc. Also as King Valley less touristed than other wine regions, many wineries are not open mid week, but a more personal and unique experience which suited us

This little place is a gem! The photos do not do justice to the house in my opinion. The location is perfect. Very quite. The wildlife welcome committee was present on our arrival. Beds were comfy and the place was very clean. I will come back with my son and some friends.

Stirling Homestead is a hidden jewel of the stunning Victorian High Country. Absolutely every aspect of this property is perfect. The hosts have thought of everything. Cannot wait to return.

It was our weekend to go skiing, and the location was perfect—just a 30-minute drive away. The place is cozy and clean, surrounded by beautiful views and so many kangaroos, deer, and birds, which we found really cool. Everything in the place worked well, and it had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Spent a wonderful day with my wife for our anniversary and it was so calm and relaxing environment with stunning view of sunset. The cottage was so clean and tidy and the outdoor hot tub was an amazing experience. Highly recommend for anyone looking to spend a calm and relaxing day at Glenbosch Wine Estate.
