Between Mike and Ma Luisa we had a very respectful and responsive host… any questions or concerns were answered very promptly… the house is absolutely beautiful and exclusive… will hopefully be able to stay here again in the future

The place is so clean and big. Ambiance is so peaceful as well and has an amazing view from the top. The road going to the place is quite steep but passable. Just bring food to cook so you dont have to go down to look for something to eat. They have a mini bar beside the pool but they only sell limited drinks and meals, but you can also order online. The host is very responsive to my queries. Overall, it was a great weekend spent with family. Thankyou and see you again soon.

Lovely beach house with its own private access to the ocean. An ocean view that just keeps going and going and it also faces the setting sun. Really liked how spacious it was and the overall design of the place. The kitchen is fully equipped and I was able to put together a scrappy meal with ease. Very high functioning stove and oven, although I didn't try the oven out to be honest. And the fridge was ginormous. The bed was comfy enough. Highly recommend for solo travelers or couples. It is a bit out of the way from civilization, but there are plenty of buses, jeepneys and tuk tuks that pass by the roadside. The nearest towns with markets are either Barili (7-10 minutes driving) or Dumanjug (15-20 minutes driving). Dumanjug has a big Gaisano Grand Mall with a grocery store.

I received so much more than expected. Everyone at Pine Acres went too above and beyond anything I could have possibly hoped for. Everything was above and beyond expectations. Bryan is Superman. Bryan's staff gives new meaning to excellence. if you want respect, give respect and you will get respect at Pine Acres. Pay attention, follow simple instructions, respect and appreciate. Do that and you will never find better bang for your $$$

We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights over the Christmas holidays, and it was a wonderful experience! The location was easy to find, surrounded by nature, and had a refreshing cool breeze throughout our stay. The house was spotless, beautifully designed, and equipped with all the amenities you’d expect from a hotel and more. The Christmas-themed mugs, Christmas tree, and decorations were a nice touch as well!🎄 The nearby caretaker was very accommodating and ensured we had everything we needed. We’ve stayed in several Airbnbs over the years, and this place truly stood out. Tricia is a great host! We truly enjoyed our time here and will definitely be booking again next year!✨🍃

The apartment was amazing and the views were breathtaking! We had not realised that it took a little hike to get up to the villa - a total of 240 steps! For us it was totally worth the hike. The host was really accomodating and helped all the luggage up to the villa. The neighbourhood was quite local, which we found to be a nice change for the resorts. The location was great; the beach was just a few minute walk away and connected conventionally to the ”main” beach which had all the restaurants and bars.

We absolutely loved our stay in this unique and charming camper van! It was an unforgettable experience for our entire family, and our children especially adored it. The memories we created here are truly irreplaceable. The camper van was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The beds were cozy, and we all slept soundly after our adventures. Thank you to the host for providing such a special and welcoming space. We highly recommend this listing to anyone looking for a one-of-a-kind getaway!

Ms. Karla is a super responsive host! Super bait and very accommodative! She welcomed us warmly. She even offered their private car for a minimal fee to drop us off in the Airport which is super lapit lang from the unit. Wish we could stay longer sa unit sadly we can’t cause we have a flight. Place is very clean and cozy. We’ll surely go back hereee! Recommend super ⭐️

I expected to have a peaceful short vacation with family, with all the amenities offered by the villa. However, we got more than we expected. Aside from the beauty offered by nature and the villa itself, the accommodation was truly comfortable, and the staff, especially the caretaker, were very friendly and accommodating. The space is clean, and the place offered various of things you can do to chill and relax. My kids enjoyed the jacuzzi. My husband and I enjoyed just relaxing, watching over our children, as we enjoyed the beautiful view of nature. There was also a bonfire which we enjoyed at night. We also got to sing our hearts out with the provided videoke. I am truly happy and more than satisfied. I celebrated my birthday there and I am really more grateful. My family loves to go back.
