Holiday rentals with lake access in Xuân La

Our time in this historic and beautiful apartment was very comfortable and authentic! We were delighted to have the chance to meet Ngoc's family and friends. She herself is so warm and friendly. She brought us a basket of beautiful oranges that were much appreciated.

Our group of 8 had a slight issue with our reservations on our way to the hotel from the airport when we arrived in Hanoi. I jumped on this app and started looking for a place to accommodate us. Luckily Vu’s place was available. Communicating back and forth was so fast. Self check in was so easy and Vu’s place was so beautiful. It was just the perfect fit for our group. I highly recommend this place if you’re traveling with a group and families with teenage kids who want their own space lol.

Great ABnB in the middle of it all - Dan was extremely friendly with the check-in time, and very flexible with the checkout. Would definitely stay again !

Отличное место. Квартира чистая, со всеми необходимыми удобствами. С балкона открывается красивый вид на озеро. В квартире очень тихо, так как она находится в маленьком переулке, вдали от основных дорог. Есть удобный стол для работы, если вам нужно поработать за ноутбуком. Правда, WiFi не очень стабильный и скорость невысокая. Мне все понравилось. Определенно рекомендую.

Really enjoyed the vibe of this house — quiet and tucked away, but still in a great spot. It’s not a new villa, but it feels lived-in and comfortable, in a good way. Nice to come back here and wind down after a full day in the Old Quarter. I’d stay here again next time I’m in Hanoi.

Quelle super expérience de dormir dans une maison en plein Hanoi! On y accède par une petite ruelle étroite. Les chambres sont très spacieuses. La cuisine est à l’extérieur c’est sympa. Seul bémol, Les salles de bain sont sommaires et l’eau chaude au deuxième est un peu capricieuse.

Le logement est très confortable, bien situé proche du centre et quand même calme. Les propriétaires sont réactifs, arrangeants et aidants en cas de besoin (notamment pour les bagages). Je recommande fortement.

The stay was overall great, and the host was very responsive, making sure we were well-settled. The property has 4 bedrooms—2 with attached bathrooms—and 3 additional bathrooms outside the rooms, which was convenient for a group. The house is well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The highlight is definitely the location—right in front of the lake, offering a serene and picturesque setting. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Excellent location and caring guest. 5 star value for money

Me and my partner decided to stay on the outskirts and dip in and out of Hanoi Old Quarter and this really made it worth it. A beautiful setting with a great view over the lake with all the amenities you need close by. Highly recommend going to Double B's (10 min walk) for food and egg coffee!

Great place to stay, awesome host and staff. If I have to stay in the area again, definitely will comeback.

Nhà của Luka thật tuyệt vời. Tôi đã ở đó nhiều hơn 1 lần và lần nào tôi cũng thấy hài lòng. Luka là chủ nhà rất dễ mến. Ngoài ra anh ấy còn giúp đỡ tôi rất nhiều trong khi sử dụng căn hộ. 10 điểm cho Luka và nhà của anh ấy.

Fantastic large apartment with great views. It was exactly what is described in the ad. We loved it here & will definitely return one day!

This is a great large studio apartment in Smart City, plenty big enough for 2. Fully furnished, stylish with a good view towards the city. There are loads of shops and local restaurants around the area. It is easy to get the building by internal Vin free bus - the stop is opposite with Vincom Mega Mall run frequently. Busses from there to the Old Quarter take 40 minutes depending on the time of day. The apartment, is clean, modern and has everything you need for a short stay.
